{one month later}

"And they say the world needs a little bit more excitement" Ghost Spider said. Ghost Spider, Banshee Spider, and Spider-Man went on a mission together

"Nothing like a good ole hero and villain fight" Spider-Man spoke. Banshee Spider tied up the villain, leaving them for the police

"Shall we get going?" Banshee asked. All three Spiders swung away to find a safe space to remove their masks

Once they were in the clear, all three removed their mask. Peter sighed heavily, catching his breath. Janelle looked around cautiously "You think we're okay?" She asked

"We should be" Gwen responded. It's been one month since everything happened. Janelle has been holding up well but she's still hurt. For one month, she has been doing her duties as Spider-Woman and saving universes one by one

But if she's being honest, she misses her old life. School, friends...

"Hey kid, you ready?" Peter knocked her out of her thoughts. Janelle snapped back into reality "Yeah, yeah" she says, pulling her hair back into a ponytail

The three of them walk through a portal back to HQ where Miguel and Jessica were waiting. "Good job, you three. Now that you stopped the villain, we won't have to deal with that universe anymore" Jess said

Miguel didn't say much. "I think we did a great job" Peter clapped it up for himself. Jess rolls her eyes "Just take the compliment. You're dismissed"

"Gotta go check on Mayday. MJ will have a fit if I'm not back home in time for dinner" Peter says, leaving

Gwen looked at Janelle "Hey, meet me on the rooftop in 10 minutes"

Janelle looked at her friend in curiosity "Okay?" Just like that, Gwen walks off. Janelle thinks about walking off too but something held her up

She turned back around to Miguel and Jess. Noticing that she is still there, they both turn around. "Can we help you?" Miguel asked

With the way he said it, she would've took it to offensive but it's been a while since she's been here. "I had a request"

Jessica looks puzzled when she says that. Janelle glances down at her feet "I wish to go back to school"

Miguel laughs but in a mocking way. Jessica says "Never thought I would hear a teenager say she wants to go to school"

Janelle looks up. "Your schedule is pretty packed. I'm not sure if adding school is going to-" Jess talked, turning back to the screens
