*Sabre's POV*
I stare up into the night sky. The other's have already gone to sleep, only I'm awake. So I have taken the opportunity to stare at the sky.
It reminds me of home. The dark abyss that covered most directions you looked. Most mortals that entered the End feared it, but I always found some strange comfort in its endlessness.
Rose always said it was a bit strange but one of us would quickly point out that she lives in the nether, so she can't judge. Guardian feared how it didn't seem to end even though he lives in the ocean. Echo's blind so he never really gave an opinion.
A lot of the steves don't seem to like the night sky, or at least they don't like night. I think it's probably because they fear the darkness creeping up on them in the, well, dark.
I should probably think about going to sleep. The last time Rainbow found me on the roof he nearly had a heart attack.
But, for now, I want to look at the sky. Just a little longer...
