Her Territory - {Yunjin + Kazuha}

004, "A Warm Welcome."

After taking a shower and changing into fresh clothes, Yunjin sat at the dinner table waiting for Kazuha and Eunchae to finish cooking. Her hair was damp, and her chestnut eyes were filled with curiosity. She had never been so curious before, and she was intrigued.

"So.. You guys are gonna eat with me?" Yunjin asks, her chestnut eyes are wide. "Yes, why wouldn't we?" Kazuha replies, her tone nonchalant. "It's just.. Usually people don't eat with me." Yunjin mumbles, her voice quiet.

"Oh, well, you're the guest so we're going to eat with you. Besides, we're family." Kazuha says, her tone soft. "I'm.. Family? What do you mean?" Yunjin's chestnut eyes are confused, and she has a puzzled expression on her face. "You're staying here, aren't you? That means you're part of the family. We're eating together, and we're having a conversation." Kazuha smiles, and her chocolate eyes are warm.

Yunjin could feel her heart pounding, and she couldn't stop the smile forming on her face. Her chestnut eyes were soft, and her heart was filled with warmth. She wanted nothing but to embrace the omega and never let her go.

"Here, I made this especially for you." Eunchae says, smiling widely. She places the plate of food in front of the alpha. Yunjin is surprised, and she's stunned. She's not used to eating together with people, and Eunchae and Kazuha welcoming her is overwhelming.

"Thank you.. Looks delicious." Yunjin manages to say, her voice is quiet. "It's okay, auntie Ka told me you were injured so I made sure not to overcook it. Auntie Ka made her special side dishes, and we have a lot of vegetables!" Eunchae grins. "That's.. Sweet of you." Yunjin smiles, and her chestnut eyes are tender.

Thinking about it.. Yunjin hasn't had real food in days.. Just cheap takeout, and ramen. She hasn't eaten anything else, and it's been awhile since she's had a proper meal. Yunjin doesn't hesitate as she begins to eat like a starved animal. She wolfs down the food, and her chestnut eyes are closed in delight.

"Hey! Don't eat too fast, slow down!" Eunchae complains. "Sorry, I was hungry." Yunjin mumbles, her cheeks are stuffed with food. "You're so messy.. It's cute.." Kazuha murmurs.

Being part wolf and all, it was only natural for the alpha to be a messy eater. Yunjin pauses, and her chestnut eyes are bright. Cute? Did the omega just call her cute? Kazuha covers her mouth with her hand, and she's embarrassed. She had said the word 'cute' out loud, and she couldn't take it back. Instead of further do she changes the subject.

"You know, you could've just told me that you were hungry." Kazuha says, and her voice is gentle. "I wasn't." Yunjin lies, and she continues to eat. Kazuha raises her eyebrows, and her eyes are skeptical. "Don't lie, your stomach was growling, and you've been starving yourself.." Kazuha argues.

Finishing the last bit of meat, and taking a big gulp of water, Yunjin stares at her. "What are you? A psychic? And what do you mean, 'starving myself'? I'm a wolf. We can last days without food."

"Really?" Eunchae looks at the alpha, her chocolate eyes wide. Kazuha stares at Yunjin, and she's concerned. "Wolf..?" Kazuha echoes, her eyes filled with confusion. "Yes.." Yunjin mutters. "Are you a wolf?" Kazuha asks, her tone careful. "What do you mean? Don't you know? I'm part wolf." Yunjin says, her chestnut eyes are filled with surprise.  "You're what?"

"Part wolf. What's the big deal? It only makes me more sexy, and more powerful." Yunjin grins. Kazuha is dumbfounded, and she's speechless. How did she not notice the fact that the alpha was a wolf? She should've known, her scent, her eyes.. her hair, her height, her personality! How could she not see it?
