12. Chakra Forest Training

I had been resting for about a week now, and I was finally strong enough to train with the squad. I got dressed and opened my door slightly, then glanced down the hall. Ever since Sakura found out about the Sasuke thing, she's been out to get me.

But hey! It's not my fault he likes me!

When I saw that the coast was clear I walked out and shut the door very quietly. The minute I walked into the dining room for breakfast, I felt people's stares.

Sakura was glaring at me, Naruto was smiling a goofy smile, while Sasuke smirked a small smirk. "Kiamie-chan! Are you feeling better now?" I smiled at the knuckle head. "I am feeling a lot better." I glanced at Sakura who quickly looked away, but you could practically see the jealousy pouring from her eyes.

"Does this mean you can start training with us now?" Naruto said excitedly. I nodded and his smile grew bigger.

Kakashi had dragged us all out to train, in the middle of a forest. There was a slight chance that Zabuza could very much be alive, so we needed to be prepared. Sakura opened her mouth to explain chakra and I completely zoned out.

"Understand Kiamie?" I glanced at Kakashi. "Sure I do!" They all sweat dropped. "You weren't even paying attention..." My squad mates stated.

"Today you will be climbing up a tree with no hands." Kakashi demonstrated.
"SO THATS HOW YOU GET YOUR HAIR TO DEFY GRAVITY! You must use a lot of hair gel..." He face palmed.

"Focus Kiamie! You have to focus the chakra into your feet, which will cause you to stick to the tree. Also, the bottoms of your feet are the hardest place to focus chakra to." He threw kunai at our feet to use to mark up the tree. I smirked. I won't need it. I immediately focused the chakra into my feet and climbed up the tree with ease. I smirked as I looked down at my squad mates. Wait a minute....
"This is pretty easy!" I looked over to see Sakura sitting on the branch of a different tree. "Sakura-chan, Kiamie-chan!" Narito said impressed.
"Looks like the girls dominate over chakra control. Well done!" They stared up at us. "Looks like Sakura is closer to becoming the Hokage and the Yorashiga clan might even be better than the Uchiha clan..." I smirked. He was taunting them. Sakura jumped down from the tree, but I remained standing on my branch, practically hugging the tree. Whenever I looked down, my head started spinning.
"Kiamie, you can come down now." I shook my head. "I suddenly have a new fear of heights. I think I'll just chill up here for awhile.." Naruto looked at me worriedly. "Don't worry Kiamie-chan! I'll save you!" Naruto began to run up the tree, but soon fell. Sasuke smirked and began to run up the tree, getting closer to me then Naruto.

I've been in the tree for about three hours now. They've gotten close to getting to the top to save me, but haven't quit gotten to me. I couldn't look down without feeling like I would fall. I couldn't even climb down because my tree was practically branchless besides the branch I was sitting on.

"Can you guys hurry up? I'm starting to get tired." Soon I heard footsteps come up the tree. Someone sat down beside me and I glanced over to see Sakura? "What are you doing here?" She smiled. "I'm here to help you down." I looked at her shocked. Then she pushed me out the tree.

"Sakura!" I screamed while falling to the ground. Someone caught me before I hit the ground. My eyes where closed tightly. I opened them slowly to see that Sasuke had caught me. "Thanks duckbutt." He put me down and shrugged. Duck butt is so weird.

The next day, Sakura and I stayed with Tazuna at the bridge as his bodyguards while Naruto and Sasuke continued to try climbing up the tree.

I yawned and began to walk away. Sakura can take care of Tazuna. I snuck over to the where Naruto and Sasuke where training and watched from afar. I giggled when Naruto fell on his head. Sasuke heard and quickly shot his head in my direction. "Come out!" I sighed and stood up, hands in the air.

"You caught me." I watched as Naruto began to run, but Sasuke stopped him.
I didn't believe it when Sasuke actually asked Naruto for the tips from Sakura. I actually started to laugh.

"Looks like duck butt needs some help with his chakra control!" I laughed at Sasuke's red face as he glared at me.

"I'm not telling you."

I laughed so hard I began to roll on the ground. "And he didn't even help the poor duck butt!" I high fived Naruto.
Sasuke glared at me.

Dinner was a battle over who could eat the most food. Naruto vs. Sasuke. So far it was a tie. "More please!" They both said in unison. They glared at each other then vomited. I giggled as Sakura yelled at them for eating too fast. They eventually stopped when we ran out of food. Poor duck butt and Naruto.

After dinner I headed to bed, but instead of sleeping, I just laid there. When I get back, I'm going to have a sleepover after I eat my ramen! I'm going to invite Nari and Seiko, and It'll be so much fun! I smiled at the thought. I hadn't really hung out with them in awhile, and I really missed them. They were my best friends after all.

Just then the door opened and shut, and I heard footsteps in the room. Then Sasuke flopped down onto the bed, exhausted. "Who's idea was it to put us in the same room?" I wondered.
"It sort of just happened." I nodded.

"You look tired."He nodded slowly. I smiled. "Now go lay on the floor." He sweat dropped, but eventually got up and laid on the floor. I smiled and yawned. "Goodnight duck butt."
