It's been about a month since Itachi payed a visit, and let me tell you that things have gotten worse with Sasuke.

He's currently in the hospital from our last mission.

He doesn't speak, he doesn't listen, he just sits there. I've spent every afternoon with him since we got back. He's snapped at me once or twice, but I'm not backing down.

"Hey Sasuke." I said quietly as walked into the room, shutting the door behind me. He didn't even spare me a glance. "How are you feeling?"

Nothing.

Sighing, I walked over to the window sill and sat down. "Sasuke are you ok?"

"What's wrong? I miss you, the old you..." He glanced up at me and scowled.

"Kiamie... Shut up." My heart ached. He had never spoken to me like that. We sat in silence till Sakura came in with some apples.

I wasn't paying much attention, because I already tried bribing him with rice balls, his favorite.

And when that didn't work, I came to the conclusion that all hope for McDuckButt was lost.

I mean, food is always the answer.

Fries before guys, food before dudes. Everyone knows that, right?

Did I forget that they found Lady Tsunade and she's our new Hokage? She's great! She was my moms sensei and I'm hoping she'll teach me too, just like mom.

Shikamaru also got promoted to chunin! The only one of us rookies...

That's kinda sad, since he slept through class and did absolutely nothing.

Yup, that's Pineapple head.

I looked over when I heard a crash. A shattered plate was on the floor with a few apple pieces.

"Sasuke, what the heck is wrong with you?"

When did Naruto get in here?!?

"Naruto, I want you to fight me." I jumped to my feet quickly.

"Heck no! Your in a hospital for goodness sakes!"

"Kiamie's right..." Naruto began to say, but Sasuke cut him off.

"Just shut up and fight!" Sasuke yelled activating his sharingan. Rude much?

"Stop it, you need to chill!" Don't panic, don't panic. "Yeah, stop. This is crazy!" Sakura said worriedly.

They began walking up to the roof, Sakura and I following quickly behind them.

No no no no no no no this can't be happening. There not serious, please tell me they aren't actually gonna do this.

"Please stop!" Sasuke glanced at me, and for a second I saw a look of guilt, but he quickly replaced it with anger.

Kakashi sensei, where are you!

They began fighting, starting with punches and kicks, nothing serious. Naruto used some multi shadow clone jutsu and the roof was instantly filled with idiots.

He agreed to this fight, so he is automatically an idiot.

Nothing too serious was happening...

UNTIL SASUKE LIT THE DAMN ROOF ON FIRE!

"Shit!" I screamed when I saw Naruto with rasengan and Sasuke with chidori start running at each other.

"Stop!" Sakura yelled running between them. "No!" I said running to push her away. She's gonna die!

I stood there shaking, watching as Kakashi threw them into water tanks.
Thank the Mother of Skittles!

"That was a little intense for a sparing match."

"Thank you Kakashi." I whispered.

I began to walk off the roof, towards the park. What happened to us? Squad Seven, I mean.

I remembered our first mission to the land of waves, I remember us trying so hard to see Kakashi's face, I remember all of the memories we had together.

I began running. As fast as I could until I came to the docks. Then I sat down and cried. And cried and cried.

Until I was pulled up and hugged tightly. I wrapped my arms around his neck and cried into his shoulder.

"W-Why? What happened to us?"

"Shh...Don't cry. It'll be over soon."

I looked up into his dark eyes. He looked almost sad looking at me.

"What do you mean over?" He just ignored my question. I'm guessing Kakashi must've talked to him or something before he came to talk to me.

Or maybe he really does love me.

"I'm guessing Kakashi gave you hell for using chidori on Naruto, right?" He nodded.

"Can we go home?" He nodded and took my hand in his.

Sasuke

I had a feeling that tonight would be my last night with her, so I figured I needed to spend every second with her.

I don't know if I'll survive without her, but I'm gonna have to try.

Just looking at her made me feel guilty. Every part of me wanted to stay here with her, but I knew if I wanted to succeed with my plan for revenge, I couldn't have any ties with the Leaf.

Including my angel.

We got home and she dragged me over to the couch. She cuddled into me and closed her eyes. I smiled slightly and wrapped my arms around her.

I would miss seeing her smile and hearing her laugh. I would miss making rice balls with her late at night when she was bored. I would miss her dragging me around the village, doing random things. I would miss sitting on the roof watching the stars with her.

Most of all, I would miss her.
