I feel myself being lifted up and I turn in the persons arms seeing nix. I smile at him with a small wave "H-hey nixie what are you doing here" he scowls ignoring me and my question

I start to shiver in his arms gripping tighter onto him to get more warm. "What's the time nixie"

He looks down at me "Fucking 3 in the damn morning Elodie" he used my full name he never uses my full name meaning he's angry

We walk into the bedroom and he places me on the bed and goes into the bathroom to start a bath for me before coming in and sitting next to me "Why was you asleep outside Elodie, you were lying in your own sick for goodness sake do you know how worried I was when I called and you didn't answer"

My lip trembles as I look at him "I-I'm sorry nixie I weally sorry I-I saw someone yesterday a-and he wanted to bring me backs a-and there living in New York now a-and I-I"

He silences my words and holds me tight in his arms "Who did you see baby"

"I s-saw Leo he followed me home from the cafe, t-they we're all there when we were"

He lifts me up and undressed me before placing me in the bath with some toys "Play baby it's okay you can be little today"

I finally slip just playing in the bath with my squeaky duck and toy boat, but not forgetting to include my barbie doll in my little adventure

I hear the door go and nix comes back in telling me that I need to get washed, I throw a small fit before getting up and washing myself and then wrapping myself in a towel and jumping out

I place on a comfy outfit of white joggers and a blue jumper leaving my hair to air dry in a bun and walk downstairs. The boys are all here yay
I scowl at Phoenix who's cuddling up with Las

I ignore him and walk over to Nathan sitting in his lap as he strokes my head softly. He kisses my forehead "Your a bit warm baby do you feel okay"

I nod my head telling him I'm fine when nixie decides to speak up "She's probably sick she slept outside in her own vomit"

The boys all stare at me confused while I throw the nearest thing to me being a remote at his head. "Don't make me put you in a corner El"

"Now what is he talking about darling" Johnny asks me

I scowl at them crossing my arms "I was sick and too tired to move so I fell asleep outside no big deal"

"Don't forget to t-" Johnny interrupts him with a hit to his head "Shut the fuck up and let her talk. Now baby why was you sick"

"I-I saw my old friend the one I got taken from in fact I-I saw them all and my daddies a-and it was too much" I whisper disappointed with myself

Tyler walks up to me squishing my cheeks with a soft smile. "It's okay baby we just want you better especially for our meeting I'll get you some medicine"

He walks out to the kitchen coming back with some tablets and a cup of apple juice, I block my nose throwing them quickly into my mouth and drink all of my apple juice.

"Thankies Ty Ty" he says no worries and goes back to sit down as we all watch Netflix
I throw my head forward doing three sneezes in a row with a small cough at the end

Nathan rubs my back as Phoenix stares at me with an indescribable look on his face before he gets up leaving to upstairs

"Why is he so upset with me" I ask quietly, the boys all look at me when Nicholas sits up from his spot and crouches down in front of me

"He's not upset with you he's just disappointed with himself, he's upset that its his fault you're here so he believes he's responsible for you and when you get hurt he gets hurt"

I nod in understanding "I'm gonna go and talk to him"

Jumping off Nathan's lap I run off up the stairs
"Stop the running and walk" Nicholas shouts
"Sorry Las" I shout back and instead speed walk to Phoenix's room

I open his door and see him sitting on his bed reading a book. I slowly walk towards him and sit next to him in silence "Hi Nixie, I-I'm sorry"

He looks at me "Fuck, you shouldn't be sorry I'm sorry I didn't mean to get angry at you I just care so much about you"

I hug him tightly kissing his forehead "Your my best friend nixie I love you don't blame yourself cause I don't"

"Thank you little one it means a lot. Now how ready are you for that meeting tomorrow"

"I think I'll do okay as long as you guys are with me I'll be fine"

"Of course you will, Your great at what you do El" I hug him tighter although it is kind of his fault I'm here and spent most of my time in fear of my dad, he's been there for me helped me make friends and be a stronger person

I look up at him smiling widely kissing his cheek "Thank you Phoenix I don't say it enough but I appreciate you and the boys more than you'll ever know"

He smiles at me something he doesn't awfully do a lot anymore "Thank you baby it means a lot to me, now let's get you ready for bed don't want you tired in the meeting tomorrow"

He lifts me up and walks us over to me main bedroom, he takes off my joggers leaving my sweater on and tucks me in with a kiss to the forehead and starts to leave but not before turning on my flower night light and wishing me a good night
