Chapter- 33: Final Hurdle

Giovanni threw out a monstrous Garchomp. Stronger than his mutated Garchomp, definitely, that thing was.
"Zweilous, it's war!"
Giovanni's face turned white with horror. Cynthia's own jaw had been dislodged. How was the trainer breeding a Zweilous for... Days, at least, without getting killed?
"Garchomp... use Stone Edge!"
The rocks flew at Zweilous extremely fast.
Zweilous looked amused.
Amused.
With a swat, Zweilous countered the flying rocks.
"Now... Zweilous, Dark Pulse!"
"Garchomp, counter with Dragon Pulse!"
The attacks met in perfect counter to each other.
"Zweilous, Beat Up, now!"
Three Pokémon popped up as per the features of the move: the three being Aerodactyl, Metagross and Garchomp.
"Garchomp, Draco Meteor!"
"Aerodactyl, Hyper Beam! Metagross, Meteor Mash! Garchomp, Draco Meteor! Zweilous, Dark Pulse!"
The Attacks almost destroyed The Gym. Garchomp was thrown back before getting up, a look of extreme pain on his face.
"Garchomp, use Dragon Rage, then Dragon Rush!"
"Zweilous!!!!"
"After that, Dragon Breath!"
Orange. Blue. And Green. Flash After Flash of light struck, and being super- effective, sent Zweilous to the ground. Energy was running out of Zweilous. Ash had to act fast.
"Zweilous, use-!"
"Draco Meteor, Garchomp!"
The meteors fell like bombs on the field, burying Zweilous in a crater. Ash was sure that it was over. Zweilous could hardly take a beating of this magnitude.
But everyone noticed the blue light.
Three- headed, red- crested, jet- black, a monster emerged.
Hydreigon let out a devastating roar.
Giovanni's mouth fell open.
"Draco Meteor, Hydreigon!"
"Garchomp, get out of there!"
Garchomp, badly hurt by the fight, was further devastated as the blazing rocks started bombarding the Gym. Cynthia looked frightened.
"End this! Hydreigon!"
"Use Metal Claw and charge!"
"Tri- Beam!"
One of the first moves a Hydreigon knew after evolution was Tri- Beam, followed by Draco Meteor. The conducive Metal invited Lightning, the Dragon/ Flying- Type was made vulnerable to ice due to typing, and the Fire was an additional bonus.
Garchomp collapsed due to the intensity and effectiveness of the Attack.
Garchomp was out.
"That... was one excellent battle. I'll confess that I didn't expect this good a battle. Here's the Earth Badge. You've earned it. I was impressed, few challengers even compelled me to take out Garchomp. I mean... he's not of my Standard Gym Team, you know. He's from my Elite Four Team. "
Ash's eyes widened. The Badge had a new meaning for him now.
Cynthia chuckled as she saw the exchange.

Type: Dark/ Dragon.
Gender: Male.
Ability: Levitate.
Class: SS+.
Status: Pseudo- Legendary.
Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Breath, Dragon Rage, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush, Dragon Tail, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Tri- Beam, Dark Pulse, Beat Up.
