It's been a week since Maddie and I got interrupted by my mom in the middle of our heated make out. Maddie went home and my mom chewed my ass out for hopping from one girl to the next. Maddie is now ignoring me and Hayden understood why we had to stop having sex. It wasn't healthy for either of us even though we did have a goodbye sex story to tell people now. Hayden has been a big help with keeping me distracted other ways. She's my new gym partner now, I didn't think it was appropriate to work out with Maddie's brothers anymore.

Other than the two most important women in my heart hating me, I've been getting better at controlling my urges. Especially when I see Maddie and Ashton, I simply turn and walk away. Who am I kidding every time I walk away I have to punch something to release my frustrations. Since sex is no longer on the table I have to find a healthier way to cope. "Hey Doni" I heard Hayden call out to me as she ran towards me "what's going on Hayden" I asked as she finally fell into step with me. "Are we still on for the gym today? I gotta do my leg day and I don't want to suffer alone" she laughed as I smiled down at her.

"Of course we are, how else am I supposed to release all this pent up rage and sexual tension" I teased as I nudged her with my elbow. "Look, Doni if you still need someone to have sex with I will do it. I promise no feelings, just sex" she said casually as if it were nothing. "Hayden, I can't. It's not healthy for us and my mom is really bent out of shape after last weeks shenanigan's" I responded making her sigh. "I know, I just wish there was something I could do to help you" she sighed as we continued walking to her last class of the day.

"Unless you could make Maddie fall out of love with Ashton then there really is nothing you can do. I appreciate everything you're doing, don't beat yourself up over a situation you can't control" I said as I pulled her against my chest into a hug. "Yeah, you're just being nice because we're friends now" she said as I pulled away from the hug. "Yep total besties" I said mocking her other friends as she punched my shoulder. "Best friends for sure, now get to class" she reprimanded me as I walked down the hallway.

I stopped in my tracks when I heard the sound of Ashton's voice. I turned on my heel and followed the sound and what I saw next will haunt me for the rest of my life. Ashton was standing with Maddie at the end of the hallway as they both talked. "There's someone else okay, I don't love you anymore" he stated making my jaw drop. "What do you mean there's someone else" she asked her voice cracking as she stared up at him. I could feel her heart shattering from my position on the wall. "I met someone else, I don't know what you want me to say" he said with a shrug as tears streamed down her face.

"So this was your plan all along? Make me believe that you still loved me and then finally once you had me fooled dump me" she said her voice cracking with emotion. My fists clenched by my sides as I waited for his response "No, I would never do that to you" he said. I scoffed as I waited for Maddie to gather her next response. "Ashton, I wish I would've never given you a second chance. You have ruined everything for me, just go" she finished as she tried to walk away. Ashton grabbed her arm and pulled her back in front of him "Maddie please, you have to understand I didn't mean to fall for her it just happened". I rolled my eyes, but didn't move a muscle "Yeah, I've heard that one before" she said with an eye roll.

"From who? Adonis" he fired at her making her jaw fall open, I clenched my jaw, but stayed put. "Oh don't bring him up and try and use him against me. You're just using him as a scapegoat to save your ass" she spit back at him and I felt my heart beat speed up at her defending me. "Oh right, like you don't have feelings for him" Ashton scoffed as my heart warmed in my chest at the thought of her having feelings for me. "Don't turn this around on me I'm not the one breaking up with you for someone else. Maybe I should go date Adonis since you seem to think he would be a better fit for me." She taunted him and I couldn't control the smile on my face at her words.
