Chapter 27

[Noah's POV]

We wake up the next day, and do all the usual. Penny went home after dinner, Liy explained, when I asked, when we were eating breakfast. We obviously get ready, get our stuff, and head out to walk to school.

N: So. Excited to spend more time with your new friends??

C: Mhm!

Cody excitedly nods at me, with a big smile on his face.

N: Can you promise me something...?

C: Of course! Whatever you need!

Cody says sounding really worried. He's so cute. But I'm actually not scared or sad or anything! I'm just messing with him.

N: Tell me who Gwen meets with!

I say, as I start to laugh, and Cody lets out a big breath of air.

C: You scared me!

N: Sorry sorry!

C: But I promise!

N: Great!

I chuckle raising my hand to ruffle his hair, while we are obviously holding hands with the other hand~ It's just our regular, when we walk anywhere together.

We get to school, and me and Cody wave goodbye to each other, and head to our classes.

[Cody's POV]

I step into music class, I see the three guys all there, in the other end of the classroom, and Gwen with a brown haired girl, over closer to the wall, in like the middle-ish, of the class. I wanna leave Gwen, to get closer to the girl, because she likes her! But I also feel like I should at least greet Gwen-

Yeah, I'm gonna go do that! I hope it doesn't brother them-!

I start walking over towards the girls, who are just talking. The brunette is leaning on the wall, and Gwen is standing in front of her, speaking together. Gwen has her back turned to me, but the brunette seems to see me walking towards them! I vaguely see that the guys has seen me, and is looking at me. I think Harold might be trying to wave me over. But I don't look, because I would feel really rude, not walking over to them immediately, if I saw him waving-

C: Gwen! Hey!

I stop a bit behind Gwen. I was originally gonna tap her shoulder, but probably better to just say hi- The brunette is giving me the death stare anyway, so probably not a good idea to step TOO close-

Gwen jumps a bit, but then turns around and looks at me, sighing out, in relief.

G: Gosh- You scared me for a sec!

C: Sorry!

G: Don't worry about it!

Gwen looks back at the brunette, and the girls face quickly turns into a smile, like she wasn't just trying to murder me with her eyes-

G: Oh yeah! Courtney, this is Cody! Cody, this is Courtney!

I smile and wave excitedly to her.

C: Hello!

(A/N: I just realized, that both of their names, start with "C"-

Courtney's just gonna be "Cn" XP)

Cn: Wait... Cody's that guy you were talking about, right... The new guy!

Courtney's face turns, from a face, that looks to be trying to murder me, to a smile, and pretty nice expression. It's really weird how she changed from, "I'm gonna kill you" to "I'm super nice and inviting"-

G: Yep. The new guy.

Gwen chuckles.

Courtney walks over to me, and puts her arm over and around my shoulder, and puts her head up closer to mine.

Cn *Whispering*: Hey sorry man- Thought you were here to flirt with her, and I know it annoys her A LOT, when people do that! Didn't mean to be rude!

C *Whispering*: No worries! I'm not mad! It's actually really nice of you, to be looking out for her! I'm sure she appreciates it!

Cn *Whispering*: But hey. You and Noah are like, a thing, right??

C *Whispering*: A thing-?

Cn *Whispering*: Dating!

I make a "Ooooh" look at her, and then nod at her. She makes an approving smile and or smirk thingy nodding her head, and steps back over to Gwen.

C: Well it was nice meeting you, but I should head over to the guys! I can't leave them waiting, especially since I promised to hang out with them!

G: Good idea! See you in the cafeteria!

C: For sure!

I smile, and wave bye to the girls, as I start walking over to the guys

Gwen's POV]

G: What did you say to him?

I say, as I look at her, with an annoyed look.

Cn: Nothing! Just wanted to be sure, that he's Noah's new boyfriend~

G: I thought you weren't that interested~?

Cn: Changed my mind-!

G: Sure you did-

I roll my eyes, and we go back to our former conversation.
