Jam Republic Latrice x Reader

The setting was picture-perfect, with the sun painting the sky in orange and pink hues. You and Latrice stood hand in hand, waves lapping at your feet and a salty breeze blowing across your hair. The romantic mood was perfect, but others in the group, Kirsten, Ling, Audrey, and Emma, had other plans.

As you gazed lovingly at Latrice, your heart bursting with affection, the sound of enthusiastic screams interrupted your quiet moment. Your friends came out of nowhere, coming towards you with expressions of surprise and excitement similar to a lottery win.

"YoU dID THe THinG!!!!" Kirsten shouted dramatically, her eyes wide with awe.

Ling chimed in, her excitement palpable. "WhAT doEs tHIs MeaN????!!"

Audrey took it up a notch, her voice filled with anticipation. "ArE YOu GUyS gETTIng MArRied?!?!"

Emma, not one to be left behind, enthusiastically joined the chorus. "OH mY GoSH YeS!"

You and Latrice exchanged an amused look, not sure how your friends had come to this wild conclusion. But, as they continued their wild celebration, you decided to join in, loving the ridiculousness of the situation.

"Thank YoU UniverSE," Kirsten declared with a theatrical flourish, extending her arms toward the sky, "YOu haD oNE job aND yOU DiD It rIgHT!!!!!"

The four friends enveloped you both in a collective group hug, laughter and joy filling the air. It was a mix of humor and genuine warmth that only true friends could bring into such a special moment.

Latrice couldn't help but join in the laughs, her smile mirroring the one in your heart. "We're not getting married," she finally said, her voice amused. "But we just decided to move in together."

Ling sighed in relief, her face brightening into a pleased grin. "Wow! That's fantastic!" Moving in together is an important step."

Audrey vigorously nodded. "Yes, and it's a significant milestone in your relationship."

"Who knows, it might be the prequel to a proposal in the future!" Kirsten said.

You couldn't help but laugh, grateful for the love and support of your friends. "We're really excited about this next chapter."

Emma joined in the celebration, patting you on the back. "We couldn't be happier for you two."

You enjoyed a moment of love, laughing, and a bright future as the sun eventually sunk beyond the horizon, leaving behind a canvas of beautiful colours. It wasn't a proposal, but it was a tender moment with a dash of good-natured teasing that would certainly become one of your favourite memories.

Latrice and you chose to walk along the beach, letting the waves wash over your feet, while the others continued to applaud and clap. It was a peaceful and beautiful time, with the sky descending into purple and deep shades of blue.

Latrice smiled at you as you walked, her eyes reflecting the love and happiness you both felt. "Moving in together," she said, "it's a big step, and it's going to be amazing."

You matched her smile while holding her hand. "I can't wait to wake up next to you every day."

"It's just the beginning," Kirsten stated as she raised her glass for a toast. "To the lovely couple and their new adventure together!"

A pleasant sense of happiness washed over you and Latrice as you clinked your glasses. "Thank you, everyone," you stated. "We're grateful to have friends who care so much about us."

Ling, the sentimental member of the group, couldn't help but cry. "We've seen you two grow together, and this is such a beautiful step."

"Who would have thought that us gate-crashers would be celebrating this instead of a proposal?" Audrey chuckled.

You gave Latrice a knowing glance as you rolled your eyes. "You're not living that one down, are you?"

Latrice laughed as she leaned in for a kiss. "To tell you the truth, I wouldn't have it any other way." Our love story has always been special."

The group spent hours eating, laughing, and telling stories together. There were laughs, awkward stories, and touching moments. The relationship between you, Latrice, and your friends became stronger under the full moon's light.

You and Latrice took a minute to say your goodbyes as the evening came to a the end.  The sound of breaking waves accompanied your stroll back to your car, as did a sense of contentment in your hearts.

"Today was amazing," Latrice said as you drove home. "And I can't wait for our new adventure together."

You gave her a warm grin as you looked at her. "Neither do I. And when we finally decide to take that step, the others will probably pass out from shock."

Latrice chuckled, reaching out to squeeze your hand. "However, it is the beauty of our love story. It's full of unexpected joy and surprises." and she gave you a sweet kiss on the cheek.

As you drove back home, the memories of the day, full of laughter and love, warmed your heart. While it wasn't a proposal, it was a day you and Latrice will remember as a tribute to your love, your friends, and the exciting chapters ahead.
