Our first unexpected meeting after a while, and you went off straight to the point telling me something that I both want to and don't want to hear.
Beomgyu explained everything to the cops clearly and they were investigating and gathering evidences. He himself was also willing to look into details of the saesang.
"It's cold." Beomgyu wore a jacket and it made him look like one of the investigators. (He changed clothes before investigating with them)
"Sir, why are you here? you should be outside by now." One of the private investigators asked confusedly, staring at Beomgyu who was doing what he wants to do.
"Don't worry, I asked for the consent and they gave me permission, don't mind me and mind your business." Beomgyu answered and reassured with a straight face as he was shuffling some stuff around and looking for something that will connect the puzzle he's solving. He took out one letter that was written with phrases of; "Once I find you, I won't let you go." and other nonsense with some sticked picture of Taehyun.
This girl must've been stalking Taehyun and waited for the right time to kidnap him but couldn't do it because of the bodyguards around him. She was quite smart to call one of his best friends but her wrong move was she persuaded the wrong person and underestimated Beomgyu. Luckily, Beomgyu was clever enough to catch her before she could catch Taehyun. It would be big trouble.
"I will go to the interrogation room." Beomgyu informed, going outside and walking normally to the mentioned room, finding Ame and a male detective.
"Can you excuse us? I'm a person included in the situation and I would have to inquire some things." Beomgyu requested politely, taking the seat when the detective came out of the room and excused them.
He laid his back on the chair, legs slightly spread and sharp eyes staring on Ame.
"What do you want from Taehyun?" Beomgyu went straight to the point. His fingers tapping on the table, the sound along with his voice echoing through the room. Ame was breathing deeply, trying to keep her calm from the questions.
"I love him! I do.. I just want to meet him again.. we were friends!. I can't bear having other people interact with him, I just want him to be mine and only mine." Ame answered honestly, desperation in her voice but Beomgyu's impression on her was clearly obsession and craziness.
"But the way you had to kidnap me for that? You know there's other people that truly love him as well but that doesn't mean you have to do and express it like that." Beomgyu explained clearly, lecturing Ame for good and make her realize her mistakes.
"You don't understand, I was waiting for him for years! 2 years." Ame stated, her handcuff making a loud sound when she slammed her arm on the table.
'I understand. I waited for him as well. Longer than that.' Beomgyu said in his mind. "2 years.." he murmured. His eyes traveled down to his feet, sighing.
