I know it's just our first date after years, but I already feel comfortable now. It's a familiar feeling.
'Sudden question'

Wow. Beomgyu was surprised inside but he didn't let it show. He doesn't know. He doesn't know what to do anymore. Whether going with him was right or wrong.
"You what..?" Beomgyu asked after a while of processing, speechless.
"It's okay, you don't need to answer now.. you can answer me anytime when you're ready. It's alright." Taehyun reassured, smiling. Beomgyu could tell he's forcing himself to smile and that his eyes are slightly dropping down. It shows that he's expecting to get hurt.
"Just to let you know.." Taehyun tried to continue, taking his time to muster up the courage to tell the next phrase, hoping that he won't regret it.
"If you reject me or accept me, I'm all ready, hyung."
Taehyun fondly smiled at Beomgyu, the older's heart ached, now he's stuck at a step where he has to choose between an answer with a yes or a no. There's a lot of consequences and possible situations that may happen with both, saying yes is risky but he trusts Taehyun and answering no makes him leave with a heavy heart and Taehyun could be badly affected with it.
This is a hard decision to make.
Beomgyu stayed silent, pondering with an answer to respond on the question. His first thought on solving it was,
"Can I trust you again?" Beomgyu asked bluntly, straightly glancing at Taehyun's eyes while expressionless. His heart was loudly beating slowly, the silence met them again and they could hear their breathing.
"It depends on you.. but I swear and promise to never leave you or hurt you again." Taehyun tried to stay strong and Beomgyu could also tell again he's trying his best to make himself go back to him.
"I will bear any punishment if I do so." Taehyun added an extra information which made Beomgyu quite surprised and amused.
"Will you chop your head for me?" Beomgyu asked straightforwardly, testing Taehyun out.
"Yes." Taehyun quickly answered.
"Will you fight for me?" Beomgyu also immediately came up with another question, asking whatever pops in his thoughts as he knew what he was doing.
"Yes, I will defend you." Taehyun reacted after Beomgyu's final words came out of his mouth.
"Will you let yourself scream at me when you're mad?" Beomgyu tried to ask a quick question that seemed like a trick. By what he means by the trick, where Taehyun will accidentally say 'yes' on the question. If he passed the trick question, it means that Taehyun actually listens and understands what he's saying unlike the other people who got fooled and hurried with it.
"No, I will never shout at you because you don't like getting shouted and lectured with harsh words." Taehyun explained, passing the trick question effortlessly and unexpectedly. Beomgyu nodded in agreement, impressed to see that Taehyun still remembers Beomgyu's dislikes and likings specifically.
"You're good at this.. your mind is actually smart and sharp, damn." Beomgyu approved, his ears red because he's flustered in the inside.
"Blushing?" Taehyun scoffed and watched Beomgyu aggressively shake his head while biting a strawberry, he leaned back at the chair and crossed his arms.
"No! Why would I blush?" Beomgyu stuttered and barely spoke out, his facial expression controlled well meanwhile his whole body was reacting the opposite.
"Because it's me, you were always shy back then with my fruity responds." Taehyun chuckled, still staring at Beomgyu.
"Shut up." Beomgyu mumbled and Taehyun obeyed to his words, muting himself. "I'll go now." He stood up and passed Taehyun but the younger was quick enough to wrap his hands on his hips.
"What the— what?" Beomgyu irritatedly glanced at Taehyun and successfully tried to flip his body back to face the younger. He looked down at Taehyun, the brunette was still sitting down on the chair and was slowly dragging his body close to his so he could be like a koala hugging a tree.
"Don't go." Taehyun begged, looking up at Beomgyu with a pleasing face and it made Beomgyu feel slightly bad about it.
"Do I have any reason to?" Beomgyu raised both of his eyebrows, trying to make Taehyun out of answers to say.
"I have more strawberries." Taehyun smiled and caressed his cheek on Beomgyu's cloth, his hands also snaking up older's waist.
Some thoughts flashed in Beomgyu's mind, he flushed in embarrassment and mentally wished he can disappear right now because of what he was thinking. "Yah, get off me!" Beomgyu's voice broke, he felt his ears warm as he covered his face with his arms.
"God, keep that face away from me." Beomgyu tried pushing Taehyun's face by placing his hand on the other's forehead and easing his hand's weight on it to give pressure.
"I know I'm handsome." Taehyun's head fought back by snuggling himself closer to the other's body even closer.
"Who told you that?" Beomgyu tried to affront.
"Thousands of people" Taehyun answered casually like it's natural and he's gotten a lot of questions similar to it. "— including you." He added.
"I changed my mind, you look ugly now. What happened to you?" Beomgyu acted like he was disgusted of Taehyun's face.
"What's wrong with you?" Taehyun laughed, "You want more strawberries, is that it?" he began to tease, "Or is it that you're making it not obvious that you're still into me?" Taehyun tilted his head while his eyes looking up at the older.
"..." Beomgyu stared down as well, getting lost in his thoughts and it was also the starting of him being impulsive. "No, it's just that.." his tone lowered down.
He was starting to feel like drunk without drinking alcohol. All fuzzy and tingly.
The one who would do everything we wants,

"Can I kiss you?" Beomgyu asked.
