Hiding and avoid being seeked

Chapter 7

Nora had no idea there was a security camera that was set up at the storage room she had put the used oil in nor did she realize that she and her party where being followed, at first Dick didn't realize that Nora was wearing a disguise until she opened the storage door. With doing a little research into why she would take used cooking oil he finally figure it out while he was in the batcave and informed the others while they where out

"I think I figured out what Ai is up too, I did some digging and came across biofuel where you take a product like used cooking oil and you turn it into an ethical gas. Turns out this stuff is a meager payout." The first person to question him was Jason who was out in his Red Hood attire

"How much money are we talking here?"

"We are talking into the hundreds and millions of dollars." Of course hearing that number not only surprised Jason but other the other members that where listening including Bruce who was driving in the Batmobile  

"The conversion method is similar to meth but it's legal and much more profitable. Looks like Ai is a part of the Biofuel market with making the stuff and she might have done her research since Gotham doesn't have business like this or anywhere in the state as a matter of fact, the closest one is in Virginia apparently."

" She's a lot more smarter than we thought having a team in picking the stuff off while she collects it here, I still feel like Ai isn't in our city just for this biofuel stuff. I think there's more too it?" Tim was the one that said that and it got the Batfamily a little more curious about her.....

Nora was happy seeing her friends again even if it was a short moment as they where driving to the airport where the privet jet was waiting for the group, Nora told them how she was coping in Gotham and how horrible the city was for people like herself and the rest of the friend circle. They felt very sorry for her that she had to stay in a city that was considered a type of hell for her own safety after also explain how she got in the witness protection.

"Man I can't wait till I fucking leave this city." Nora said that as she sighed just as the car was about five minutes away from the airport and the person that spoke to her next was her friend and work partner was Zack who was a a Korean mix and the a few years younger than her

" There's no Gundam or anime shops in this city, that's horrible how are you surviving without being bored to death?" 

"The FBI agents where nice enough to met my demands they supply me with one high master grade a month along with buc-ees's jerky and beaver nuggets, I also brought half of my manga's and my playstation 2 with my old games with me so I'm half good." While Nora was talking she looked a little upset

"But I fear I might be the only ace here in Gotham, the coffee shop that Ai Williams partly owns and became business partners with allowed me to set up asexual meet ups at the shop. The first meet up is next week and honestly I'm a little worried." The group in the SUV understood her since half of them where also ace and in the spectrum like with Alice being Aromantic, Nora felt so alone in Gotham and that was the worst part for her.  

After her group left with the used cooking oil and returning the rent car Nora's transportation was a taxi she had called, she also paid in cash after the taxi driver dropped her off a block away from the apartment since she had a feeling the police would be at the college since she tasered a college security officer. Instead of sleeping in her regular apartment she slept in her mask girl apartment since it was a little more closer to the entrance being on the third floor, though her not showing up at her normal apartment meant a little search in the building for Tim who was the closest.

Nora yawned before her class started and Tracey who was sitting next to her looked a little confused
