Greenhouse Academy: Sophie's Fall

OH MY GODS, THE TORTURE!!!

Outside of the room, Hayley asked, "You guys were talking for a long time. What happened?"

"We had a nice chat, student and teacher. She's out now."

Alex asked him, "What do you mean she's sleeping? Why didn't you call the doctor?!" thinking that she fell unconscious again.

"I meant, due to the medicines being administered, she started feeling drowsy, so I told her to sleep. Nothing serious."

Max asked him, "So will you stay Louis?"

"I need to go. Nobody in the greenhouse knows Sophie is awake yet. I'll need to make an announcement. Also, when I was coming here, a guy walked out of this room. Who was he?"

Daniel answered, "That was most probably Sophie's ex."

"She had a boyfriend?"

Alex and Max told him what happened. Louis looked at his daughter, and asked, "Did she tell you anything about him earlier."

"Nothing. Not a word. But she seemed pretty shaken up when he arrived so he must have done something to her in the past."

Louis spoke, "Oh gods, poor Sophie." (paused for a moment) "Take care of her, kids, and yourselves."

He turned to leave and walked a few steps when he suddenly remembered something so he turned back and asked, "Hayley and Jackie, can you come with me for a minute please?" 

They looked at each other and went with Louis who took them to his car. He opened the trunk and took out some books to give them. "Just because you guys are in the hospital, I don't want you to be missing out on your studies."

Jackie groaned and told him, "But we're looking after Sophie."

"Which is why she doesn't have to study but I don't see you bandaged up or with an IV tube."

The girls the books and went back to the room where everybody was gathered.

Max looked at the pile of books, "Finally! Study time! But couldn't you have asked him for a chess set as well? I'm getting bored."

Daniel groaned while Parker questioned, "Srsly? Study here as well? But we're here for Sophie."

Hayley answered, "Which is exactly what Jackie told Louis."

Leo replied, "Then let me say what I think Louis said. 'You're not the ones who fell off a cliff or are confined to the bed."

"Close but bandaged up or with an IV tube."

Brooke reacted sarcastically/angrily, "Oh I'm sorry if my dad wanted us to be at par with our academics and was worried about our future."

Everybody burst out laughing. Alex told her, "Chill, babe. We were only joking. But maybe not the part of studying."

Books were kept in the corner while everybody got ready to sleep.

The next day, after waking up and getting ready, Leo started handing out books. Everybody groaned while some said it would have been better if they were in Sophie's place so that they could sleep while everybody else suffered.

While the rest got to their comfort spots and started reading, Alex went to the cafeteria to get food, though some people complained that it was just an excuse for him to avoid studies.
