42. Xiumin: when we first met

I am at home, waiting for my husband to finally be here with me. He is always busy although we just got married a few months ago but i don't mind, i always sit at the corner, looking through the window and trying to remember all the stuffs we used to do when we were only 17 in highschool.

7 years ago...

I was curious...anxious, MinSeok didn't attend to class once again. He has already missed 3 classes yesterday, i wonder what is he doing? probably slacking off again. I shook that off and continued on class. After class, i ran to MinSeok's house cause i was too curious to know what's up with him. But instead, i saw his father, he smiles weakly at me, "he's at the park", i smiled back and went to the park. MinSeok was just sitting on a rock bench staring at nowhere, i sat next to him, "my mom...", he started, "she would bring me here for a walk or maybe bring me to the playground", he continued and i just stood still that's when i realised that he skipped school because he misses his mom so much after she passed, he was very depressed i can see and feel it. he started crying softly next to me, i didn't hesitate to hug him, it was sad to see him in such a condition, i didn't think someone popular in school could have gone through alot. i rubbed his back gently and he tightens to hug, i could feel butterflies in my stomach, i never felt this way before. "thank you for being here for me", he says, "i'll always be there for you"

i snapped out of the flashback when i could hear someone unlocking the door and i knew it was my husband back home already, he enters with his smile that i always want to see on his face everyday, "Hey, thinking about me again?" he says and i walk towards him, hugging him, "always", i smiled and we shared a kiss together
