27. KyungSoo: Blinded Love

D.O.'s POV

i have been spending time with (y/n) for a few months, she extremely beautiful, too bad she couldn't look at how beautiful she is. Yup, she is blind. The cause of her blindness was a car accident that happened when she was only 5. Her dad has been working his butt off trying to find a doner.

"Let's go ride a bicycle around the park!" (y/n) shrieked softly, her hand folded in mine. "Okay then" i smiled, then intertwining my hand to her's. We skipped to my house to take my bicycle. I got on it, then (y/n) behind me tugging her arm around my waist, "Hold on tight, okay?"i said and i can feel her nod. Then i rode it, she screamed across the road, saying that she feels so free. We took a walk around the park hand in hand, we inhaled the fresh air of the park. "Kyungsoo-ah!" she called me and went infront of me, she started examinating my face with her hand. She traced every part of my face with her hands and she smiles. "You're so handsome, kyungsoo-ah",she says, i can't believe this but i actually blushed when she said that, i smiled, "I know" i said, cupping her face and kissing her on the forehead, "But i really want to see how you look like", she says and i kissed her lips, "You will, someday"i whispered and she nods. My phone rang, it was from (y/n)'s dad. (A/N: D.O. , dad )

"hello?, Kyungsoo?"

"Yes, sir"

"I'm very sorry to say this, your mother got in an accident. She's here in the hospital"

I was shocked, my mom got in an accident?

"I'll be there in a jiff, goodbye sir"after that, i hung up. (y/n) looks at me concerned, "What's going on? Are you okay?", she asked, "No i'm fine, let's go to you're dad's hospital okay?" i said and she nodded. We rushed there by my bicycle.

As we reached there,i rushed to my mom's room. Tears were running down my face, i saw her. I saw her on the hospital bed, pale white, she was wounded by the accident, "KyungSoo-ah" she called after me, "Mrs. Do, what happened? how did this--" she cut me off, "Shh....don't cry, my child", she caresses my face with her thumb,

"I want to tell you that, if i don't make it--",

"Don't say that!!"

"Listen Kyungsoo-ah, if i don't make it today, i would like to give my eyes to (y/n)" after hearing that, i really couldn't hold back my tears, "Promise me that you take care of her, okay?" she said and i nodded. Suddenly when she rested a little while, i could hear a beep sound beeping repeatedly, i noticed it was coming from my mom's room. A few doctors rushed in her room, i tried to come in but they won't let me. I was left terrified with (y/n) still here by my side, "She will be fine, i'm very sure she will" she said putting her hand on my hand.

A few hours passed, one of the doctors finally got out of the emergency room. "I'm so sorry, we tried our best" the doctor said and i fell on my knees....Why? why does this happen to me. Few weeks after my mom's death, it was (y/n)'s eye transplant. She kept saying that she wasn't ready because it was my mom's eyes but i gave her the courage, i can't stay for her surgery, i had a flight to the U.S. in just a few hours, which means i have to leave her...not just for a few days, no. For three years. I decided to persue cullinary arts in the States, i left her a letter and went to my flight.

3 years later...

Your POV

I can't believe it's been three years since the surgery, i can't stop thinking about Kyungsoo. I'm very happy that he decided to study in the States, i was beyond proud of him. The only thing i'm elated about is that i can see... All the things i want to do is possible but i wanted to do it all with Kyungsoo. I caught a young man staring at me, he smiles at me. He is handsome, i came closer to him, "Umm, do i know you from somewhere?" i asked and he just smile, "Yeah, three years ago i introduced myself to you as Do Kyungsoo" he said and i covered my mouth, i hugged him and kissed him repeatedly on the lips. He is here, i can't believe it.

Yeah, i got the idea from watching "Angel Eyes"...hehehe it's a little sad in the begining but sweet at the ending.
