Alex let the team from the Secret Service to deal with whatever they could get their hands on the bag pack while he went upstairs to change. He forgot how the room was actually but as soon as he stepped in, the memories came back flooded his mind.

Blood was all over the floor of his bedroom and stained over the cream soft rug he had. The image of Henry on the floor clutching on his stomach and the sound of the gun exploded in the room became amplified in his head. Almost as if someone actually did let another bullet shot next to him and he could feel it right into his bones.

The shaking of his limbs overcome him as he fall on his knees and his chest was caught in a tight knot as he tried to pull another air to breathe. He pulled the air repeatedly so he could released this tightening feeling he had but failed. His hand gripped his chest tight as he felt the room getting smaller and his vision getting blurry.

"Alex!" Someone called his name but he couldn't be bothered to see who it was as he was still struggling with his breathing. "Alex, breathe." The person said. Wait, wasn't he? All he did was pulling air for breathing but nothing works. "Alex, listen to me, slowly." The person said and he couldn't get his gaze away from all the blood in front of him. He was already leaning against the wall of his bedroom with his legs sprawled on the floor while he tried catching his breaths.

"Alex, listen to my voice." The person came into the view, it was Bea, thank God it was her. Bea pulled him into the bathroom and have him sit on the toilet bowl with his head still trying to cope. She was searching through the cabinet when she cursed vulgar words. Not everyday anyone could hear princess cursed, it's against their etiquette.  "He bloody took the fucking pills too! What a fucking psycho!" Bea cursed. She gripped her hair in her hand before she returned to panic Alex.

"Alex. I need you to focus." She said as she kneeled in front of him holding his wrist together. "Follow my breathing." She demonstrate inhaling through her nose and ask him to hold for seven seconds before exhaling through his mouth. She did it few times before she could see Alex finally calm down. "B-Bea." His voice croaked broken in tears.

"I know. I know. That's why I pulled you in here. This is not my first time handling panic attacks." She said and Alex nodded following her instruction till he finally calm down.

"Thanks." Alex said after he managed to come to his senses. She scoffed bowing down to his gesture while sitting on the floor leaning against the bath tub. "I had lots of experienced with a certain blonde that you might have in mind." She said and Alex stood, he took a seat next to her leaning against the bath tub next to her.

"I know Henry told you about my addiction part but did he tell you about his?" She asked and Alex stared at her shaking his head softly. "After dad died, everyone seems to be dealing with their grieve alone. Henry included. I have my own issue to deal with but Henry. He is a mess that boy. Gram thought that sending him back to school would be better off but he was a complete wrecked." She said and Alex waited, patiently for her story.

"He got into fights, get triggered easily and then - the sleeping part." She said. "Bless Pez and Shan for helping him keeping track on his pills or I think he would drowned in them. I think Gram thought he might be following my footsteps."

"But the one she didn't know is, Henry almost died due to his depression. Luckily we manage to cover up the story by hiding him. Me and Pez, by the way." She added. Alex eyes widen upon the word, depressed and almost died. How many times did Henry cheat death exactly and a certain thought of cats with nine lives came to his mind.

"He kept seeing Dad's face whenever he fell asleep. Not his handsome Bond face that you saw him over the tele. His end stage of life face. The part where cancer took over. The baldness, the harrowing hollowed cheek. The muscles that he used to had wasted away and left him with nothing but bones. Every single time he fell asleep, he would wake up screaming and that's when the panic attack begins." She continued, Alex sighed as he let her finished her stories.
