Part 16 - Familia

"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!!!!!"

Catherine and Ellen screamed isn't exactly planned but when they arrived at the lake house this afternoon finding Alex and Henry with a gold band on their fingers, they literally flipped through the roof. They both didn't expect their mothers would come and visit this soon cause the last time Alex checked, his mum was supposed to be in LA with his dad for an event and Henry thought his mum would be in Australia for her annual visits.

Now they are both on the couch hands clasped together being yelled at like couple of eight years old because they got married few days ago. Oscar and Bea by the kitchen, June and Nora are sitting outside by the deck all had the same expression on their face, laughing their ass off.

"Mum, chill." Alex starts and Ellen already pacing in front of him. "Chill? You think I'm supposed to chill right now?! You got MARRIED! ELOPING like some couple of teenagers!" She pants in her own breaths as she paced again.

"How are you going from being half dead to gotten married in few weeks?!" Catherine yelled at Henry in returned and Henry sighed. "Mum, it's my life. I think we can get married when and where we wanted to, right?" Henry turned his gaze from his mum towards his husband on his side. Alex smirked when he stared at Henry's face and he leaned to kiss him on his cheek.

The rest of them awed in their affection but it didn't made that effect on their mothers. "Henry! The least you can do is tell us when you decides to do private wedding. We can arranged that for you. I mean now you robbed us the opportunity to plan you one." Ellen commented and Catherine nodded besides her.

"I'm sorry, are you upset that we both got married or you're upset that you guys can't plan a wedding for us." Alex asked and Henry mirrored the expression.

They both huffed and took a seat separately on the chair, Ellen besides Alex and Catherine besides Henry. "Mum." Alex called trying to grab her hand but she nudge it away, Henry tried the same with Catherine and she shot him a sharp murderous look that made him back away.

Henry and Alex stares into each others face before Alex sighed. "Fine! Fine! Go ahead and plan another wedding for us, publicly announced it! See if I care?" Alex screamed as he stood up from the couch. Henry tilted his head to face Alex, "W-Wait, wait, I don't think this is a good idea." Henry protest but before he could say anything else, Alex grabbed his hand and pulled him from the couch.

"Where do you think you're going?" Ellen asked curiously, "We are going house hunting. You want a wedding, go ahead and get started, we're going to do what we're supposed to do like we planned as a married couple." Alex said as he pulled Henry away from them and headed to the door. "Byeeeee!" Alex yelled from the front door and slammed them after.

Bea and Oscar can't stop laughing at the kitchen earning a murderous look from her mother and his wife. "Mum, you obviously don't know Alex." June said as she decides to walk inside the house and sat next to her on the couch.

"Please tell me that all of you didn't know anything about this." Catherine warned as they all had the same expression, "We literally don't mum, relax." Bea said.

"I can't believe my son actually did this." Catherine says in disbelief, "I can't believe my son was the one planning it." Ellen added.

They all snickered and laughs at the way these two reacted. Bea kissed Catherine on her cheek, "Cheer up mummy, he's a grown boy, he can handle himself. I'm actually proud of them." Bea said as she wrapped her arm around her mum shoulder.

"As mad as I am, I can't deny that bastards." Ellen says and Oscar hands her some vodka and she took a sip. He handed a glass towards Catherine and she gulped it down in seconds before she gave him back the glass. They all shot her a look of surprised and she noticed the awkward stares around her.
