A/N: My migraine yesterday got so bad it made my half brain paralyzed and my eye is one side blind. I need a freaking CT scan if this doesn't go away. I have read your comment and please don't fight. Anyone that knows me and my previous work knows how my brain works, I write my own version and I make sure came out in a bang.

"Obviously I think we have a shot to win here." Ellen had call one of her lawyers to defend Henry in this case. They both were all in the living room discussing on points for the court hearing and Henry is on the couch with Arthur on his lap playing with Henry's rings on his finger. "Hen?" Alex calls as the lawyer trying to ask him something and he didn't exactly paying any attention.

"Babe." Alex calls again palming him on his laps. He shot his gaze sharply at him and only then realized that people are waiting for him to responds. "What?" He asks and they all sighs.

"I was gonna ask if you are okay to testify against them. It seems like you are not ready." The lawyer says and Henry exhaled in his seat. "I wanna drop this case." He said and they all stunt by his words. "Hun, we need to make sure you get your justice in this. The hospital has no rights to do such things to a patient out of their own will, even though they are obliged to do so for the sake of their health." Ellen protest and Henry just stay seated holding Arthur in his lap.

"For what? Fighting this doesn't make any closure in me. What's done is done. I just want to forget everything that happened." Henry says as he stood and carried Arthur in his arm. "Hen." Alex calls him as he looked up to meet Henry's eyes. "Please." Henry begs and their hands tangled for a second before Henry released and headed to their backyard.

"I don't want Henry to be in another traumatizing situation. Henry is right, fighting this is not gonna give him closure. We'll find our own way to deal with this situation." Alex says as he thanked the lawyer for coming and follow Henry to the back.

Alex saw Henry brought Arthur by the big tree he used to lay around when he needs thinking. He placed him on the grass and smiled when he starts blabbing at him. Henry laid on his side with his elbow prepped up and saw Alex coming towards them.

"Are you okay?" He asks and Henry smile squinting his eyes shut for having to look up to him. He nods softly as Arthur plucked the grass by his side and he tried to put it inside his mouth. "Uh, uh." Henry nudged his finger down and pulled the dirt out of his hand and he protests, scolding him back in his own words.

"Christ you are your father's son." Henry mutters at his stubbornness and Alex retort with a smile. "Well, he is not exactly wrong there." Alex smiles when Henry smiled together and they laid there underneath the oak tree with Arthur in between them. The sun is shining and Henry might still look a little weak but he is having a good day.

"Do you really want to drop the charges? You know we can win this." Alex asks as they laid on the grass close to each other, their shoulders almost touch with their son in between them and their long legs caging him from going anywhere. Henry nods with a weak smile before he answered, "Even if I did win, there is nothing I can do about it. No money would deleted that memory in my mind."

Alex stares at his beautiful face and noted how hard Henry hold himself stongly from crying. Not until Arthur came crawling at him and lifted himself up before he leaned against Henry's body that made him jumped. "Did he just stand on his own?" Henry asks and Alex mouth gaped apart in shock too. "MY BOY!" Alex screamed as he pulled Arthur towards him and blew kisses in his neck that made him giggled with laughter.

Henry eyed them both with a smile before Alex let Arthur back on the ground and he leaned to kiss him on the lips. "This is all I need. Just us." Henry says and Alex leaned to kiss him again.
