Nicky's Pov

"HA! WE WON! SUCK. MY. DICK!!" Cindy shouted shocking me

"Cindy!!" I whisper shouted but then looking up at Jason and Derek "but yeah we kicked your asses" i said flipping them off and walking towards Jade who was on her phone not paying attention "hey you okay?"

She looked up "yeah i'm fine... just tired and I can't feel my ass" she said making me laugh

I sit down next to her "and how are you feeling about them?" I say as i point my head towards Derek and Jason

She looks at them "I don't know, Derek seems totally fine i guess. I don't know how to feel about Jason though, i guess he's okay" she says and looks back at me

"Yeah i guess" i shrug and then look around "What time is it?" I asked her as the sky stared to get darker then before

She looked at her phone again and said "ohhh shit it's 17:28... I gotta go I'm supposed to be home at 17:30" she grabbed her stuff and got up but just stood there

I looked at her for a second and said "well go you'll be late!! Run!"

She then looked at Derek and Jason who were already looking at us "I don't wanna leave you with them.. you're going home too right?" She asked

I smiled "yeah i'll be fine... i got Cindy, we're leaving too" I reassured her

She smiled "okay text me when you get home" she said as she got on her bike

"I will" i said "byee!!" I shouted as she gave me a wave when she rounded the corner and got out of sight.

"Well that's just rude" Jason says making me jump as I didn't realise he was standing beside me "she didn't even say goodbye" he said

I look at him and say "life's full of disappointments" i start to walk away

"Guess you'll just have to give me her number then" he says. I quickly turn back to him and try to read his face to see if he's serious or not but i fail

I scoff "wha- you're not seriously expecting me to just hand over her number to some random guy right" i say

He places a hand on his chest "first.... Auch. Second... why not... she can always block me right?"

I raise my eyebrows at him "yeah well there's no way i'm handing over her number without her consent" turn back around but Cindy's suddenly standing there

"Then how about you give him your number, go home, text jade and then if she's okay with it you text him her number" she says innocently.... Sometimes i really hate that she's smarter than me

I look at Jason who's grinning "i think that's a good idea" he says and Cindy grins too

I look from one to the other "who says i'm okay with you having my number" i say

"Oh come on! Its not like i'm some criminal... i'm all good i promise" he says putting his hands up in the air

"Yeah your promises don't mean shit to me...." I say and i look at Cindy and she shrugs "fine... but any weird business and you'll be blocked." I say

He chuckles and says "yes ma'am" as he hands me his phone... i quickly add my number and give it back to him.

"Hey Jason, let's go!!" Derek shouts from the other side of the field as they were headed home

Jason looks as Derek "yeah i'm coming!!" He says and then looks at us and then says "see ya" as he walks back towards Derek.

They turn on their music again and walk back the way they came from... me and Cindy both watch them walk away until their out of sight. I then turn to Cindy and say "come on... i bet dinner is almost ready" as i place my arm over her shoulder.

we both walk towards our bikes and i think....God what did i get myself into
