yeah I didn't make it back home in time...... damn im gonna get a lecture for sure.... I just hope my father's in a good mood so it wont be too bad.

I walked through the door and my dad was sitting there on the couch while my mother was finishing up dinner in the kitchen...

My dad looked up from his phone and turned his head towards the clock on the wall, he then turned back to me and said "you're late" raising his eyebrows... and sitting up more straight

Uh oh.... "I'm sorry.... I didn't realise what time it was and-" i cut myself off as he stood up from the couch and walked closer to me... i felt myself shudder as i realised he definitely was not in a good mood

"Your mother was worried about you" he says "do you know how annoying it is to come home from work only to realise you're disobeying your mother" he started to raise his voice a bit more as he said this

I hold back tears "I didn't mean to i promise i was ju-"

"STOP LYING!" He screamed as he pushed me making my back hit the table i rubbed my hand over my back.... That was definitely going to bruise..

I feel a tear roll down my face as i look at my mother who quickly looks down at the floor.... i let out a sob

He scoffs "you're crying?.... Pathetic" he says as he moves closer..... i try to walk away but he roughly grabs my wrist digging his fingers into my skin... i let out a wince. "You've always been the weak one.... I can't believe this is the daughter i have to put up with" he spat

"Please let go..." i say softly making him even more angry as he raised his hand and slaps me across my face... hard, making me drop to the floor.... He doesn't look like he regrets it as he walks back towards the couch and sits down.

I put my had on my cheek and look at my mother but she simply turns back to dinner

I feel more tears threatening to spill as i run upstairs locking the door... as soon as it's locked i drop to the floor and break down in tears.... He hadn't hit me in a while, i thought he was done with that but i was wrong. I guess things aren't going very well at work... does he really hate me that much? Why does he hate me so much? I stand up and walk towards my window. I open it, quickly grab a blanket and climb out so i can lay down on the roof.... The stars are out tonight... i am grateful for that because they calm me down.

Tears are still rolling down my cheeks as i look up into the sky... wondering what it would be like up there. I take my phone out of my pocket and see multiple missed messages from Nicky and Sam

JJ🦧: nothing much, just got home:) wby?
Samson🐒: just watching teen wolf😏
JJ🦧: your Dylan O' Brian obsession is getting out of hand Samantha😑
Samson🐒: there is no such thing as "too much dylan" lol..... anything interesting happen while you and Nicky were at the park?
JJ🦧: except for the guy we met today.... No not nothing
Samson🐒: WHAT GUY!?
JJ🦧: girl calm down... he was playing soccer with his friend and asked if we wanted to join them...knowing Nicky she obviously accepted but i just watched from the side... his name is Jason

I quickly opened Nicky's messages... there were a lot... and when i say alot... i mean A LOT

I sigh as i put my phone down next to me on the roof.... Then i hear something shatter down stairs... god i hope she's okay cause it sounds like their fighting again... if he hurts her i will kill him... then i hear my phone buzz

I grab my phone and see a message from an unknown number

*unknown number: you didn't even say goodbye... i think thats kinda rude actually
Jade: go to sleep..... goodbye
Jason: goodnight, sweet cheeks ;)

I chuckle and climb back through the window as i don't hear anything coming from down stairs... i quickly get ready for bed and brush my teeth... when i look into the mirror i see a small bruise forming on my cheekbone.... Let's hope my foundation work well enough tomorrow. I lie down under the covers as i try to fall asleep.... This is gonna be an interesting situation
