- 26 year old (movie set in 2019)
- Mini him personality wise, though more consoling than the loner Maverick
- graduated from the most recent topgun course at age 23
- certified in solo and foxtrot aircraft (2 seater)
- brother relationship with Bradley (Rooster), I did age him up so their age gap would make more sense, he was now 9 when the events of the first movie took place
- Has been in a cockpit since before she could walk, and as a result, got into Topgun at the age of 17
- flying prodigy and can withstand higher Gs from conditioning herself at a young age
- enjoys motorcycling, surfing, of course flying
- dislikes unresolved problems, sand getting stuck in uncomfortable places, and cold weather
- has a frienemy situation with Hangman, very much so teasing and healthy rivalry, opposite to Rooster and Hangman, more akin to Ice/mav

Backstory: She is the result of a one night sand while Maverick was in the topgun program. Her birth mother somehow snuck into a high security military base with a literal infant, and left undetected. Maverick and Goose found baby Parker on Maverick's porch after a debriefing. She had an envelope tucked in her blanket that had her name, birth certificate, and an almost illegible name for the birth mother. No basket in sight either, just a screaming baby on a porch. Safe to say the two men were very confused about why a baby is on mav's porch until they read the birth certificate and short note from the mom. Mav was able to get permission from the Admiral of the base at the time to have custody of the baby, and was able to get parenting tips from the Bradshaws. Mrs. Bradshaw would look after Parker while Mav would be off on active duties and missions.
Parker was only able to get into the Naval Academy after creating a wager with her dad, stating that if she aced every test and could beat him in a dog fight, she could join the military. Exactly 39 hours after the wager was created, Maverick was beaten and Parker joined.
