"Traveler?!" Paimon flew into the room and was hushed by Baizhu who was speaking to Ganyu.

He warned politely, "Keep it down Paimon. Traveler needs to rest."

"What happened?! How did Traveler get hurt?!" She asked flying to the bed as Aether lay quietly in it.

"We can only speculate he was in a serious battle." Ganyu answered then turned her attention back to Baizhu. "Thank you for informing me, I have relayed the message to Lady Ninguang. She requests Traveler be moved to the Jade Chamber for the remainder of his stay and recovery. We can better protect him from there should his battle not yield victory."

"I see, I understand." He gave a nod but then said, "Unfortunately I am in no position to accept this offer, as I am only the one treating him."

"Oh? Then, Paimon. Would you allow us to move him?" Ganyu looked at Paimon who was quickly put on the spot.

"Huh? Uh, P-Paimon doesn't know!"

Baizhu chuckled and Changcheng flicked her tongue interrupting, "Unfortunately Paimon iss~n't the one you should be asking."

Ganyu looked confused then asked, "If not Baizhu or Paimon, then who?"

"Hmph! Of course he conc~eals his presence at a time like this!" Changcheng turned her head looking at the entrance and Ganyu, along with Paimon and Baizhu, looked too. "Adeptus X~iao is the one you should be asking."

"Ah," she was surprised to see he would be willing to get so close to others, "Adeptus Xiao-"

"He will not be moved." Xiao refused. "Baizhu can work freely with the Traveler here."

"Yes, I agree." Baizhu agreed then said, "It's much easier for me to monitor his health when I have him close. He's doing well, but this could be a precaution we should think about, no?" He urged Xiao to think it over but the mighty Adeptus was firm on his decision.

"Traveler will remain here."

"Very well."

Ganyu, however, couldn't accept so and asked, "Might I ask why this is your decision, Adeptus Xiao?"

His response was cold, "You question me?"

"O-of course not, I was only curious why... you would have the say in whether he is moved.."

"Yeah, Paimon wants to know too!" Paimon agreed now disagreeing with Xiao's decision. "Won't it be better to have him in the Jade Chamber? Ninguang can protect him!"

Xiao closed his eyes not answering and simply vanished. "S~eems like he's in a bad mood." Changcheng looked at Aether.

"Surely we can still move him?" Ganyu asked, "You are the doctor."

"Aha, yes, but, it's not up to me to make such decisions. It is true he is better protected there, but just as it seems so, the medicine I must give him will turn into an unnecessary commute." He pointed out and added, "And anyway, it was Adeptus Xiao that brought Traveler to me."

"He was?!" Paimon gasped,

"Ah, I see.." Ganyu took the knowledge to think of what could have happened.

Changcheng spoke on their terms and said, "Our polic~ies don't allow us to go against out patient's guardian's wishes. If it had been you, Ganyu, who brought Traveler to u~s, we could have taken your word. Don't take it to heart."

"... Very well," she accepted this answer and said, "I will inform Lady Ninguang. Should there be any expenses, do let us know. We will also provide any additional medicinal ingredients if needed."
