(Im really surprised if this story has still readers due to my lack of updates, beside thanking everyone who stayed and still are interested im greatful, i graduated and are now much more free, thank you again all hope you will enjoy this chapter, be sure to read the last part at the end of the chapter for some questions!)

Its been 2 weeks now since Kaail decided to tell Y/n his name thanks to the deal she proposed, since then the 'hunting days' kept going on but with a less hostile atmosphere in them, of course beside when she was chased to the end of the forest by him but it looked like he was willing to tollerate the human a little more now, especially after he revealed her such a private and important thing about himself like his name, a really important matter in his culture.

Today was no different from the other occasions, Y/n was sleeping in her tent with her mother, Nara and Taabe peacefully, light steps could be heard outside where the sun was just starting to rise.
The entrance of the tent was opened and the chief of the village made its appearence right there, leaning down to Y/n before moving her shoulder gently to wake her up, once done he walked outside without another word to not wake up the others.

The girl woke up slowly and yawned, her eyes opening tirely as she sat up and streched her body then looked around to notice she was the only one that got waken up and it meant only one thing.
With one last long strech of her back the girl sighed of relief, removing the cover that kept her warm that night and standing up among her siblings and mother, leaning down to give each a gentle kiss on their forhead, Naara did wake up slightly but Y/N just smiled a bit and caressed the head of her younger sister "don't worry...i'll be back" Y/N chooed softly as Naara fell asleep again before grabbing her already prepared bag and carefully leaving the tent.

The chilly air of the morning was a good wake up, a sigh of relief leaving her lips as Y/N walked up to the chief of the village and once he saw the girl up he just pointed towards the forest and gave a small smile as a sort of goodluck, turning around towards the trees to see Kaail leaning against one and waiting like routine.
It was a simple one too, Y/N would follor into the forest and be the prey for the days needed and then once captured she would be let at the village for at least a week to rest...sometimes even less when Kaali felt like it, the village even assigned a specific area to the huntins so that none of the other villagers would've accidentally met the predator or Y/N during that time.

With one last goodbye tho those few up villagers and the chief Y/n made her way among the grass and walked up to Kaail with maybe too much excitment, she found herself almost waiting for him some days...prehaps for the adrenaline of the chase and because each time she was getting a little better, a little more stealth and a little bit smarter to avoind being catched right away.

Once in front of Kaail the girl looked up at him and waved "morning" she greeted friendly and the yautja looked down at her for a second thinking, what a strange individual to greet the most feared being in the universe with such warmth, it was strange but not so annoying.
He gave a small nodd followed by a small growl at the back of his throat as a greeting back to the human before turning around and walking into the forest, Y/N rolled her eyes "i see you are friendly as usual...better than last time at least" she commented with a shrug of her shoulders and followed after him.

Kaail didn't pay attention to the girl comment and just kept walking, from time to time he gave into his curiosity and peaked from the corner of his eye to look behind him, Y/N still had his necklace on and it didn't seem like she took it off, some of the small cuts and bruises she had from their last chase were still lingering on her skin but they were taken care of...good.
