"So, what is your career?" Asked Iris as she drank her iced latte

"Well, I'm a finance analyst; I know, kinda boring, but my father wanted me to follow his steps, so yeah," he shrugged as he drank his iced americano

"Wow, I would expect you to be a model or something, especially with your looks," said Iris with a smile

"It's a first that someone would see me as a model, but thanks for the compliment," said Ben with that cute smile.

"What do you do?" Asked Benjamin as he ate a blueberry scone

"As you probably notice by some people staring at us by now, I'm like some type of singer, you could say," she said as she fidgeted with her fingers

Benjamin stopped mid-bite when he blinked a few times. Glancing around the cafe, he started noticing some girls staring and whispering.

"Well, that's something I didn't expect. So what made you accept my number in the first place if you knew that you could get any guy in the room? " Benjamin asked as he put his chin on the palm of his hand.

"I don't know, maybe the fact that you didn't really know the famous side of me and just saw me as a normal person, and to be frank with you, I don't have much luck with celebrities," said Iris as she looked down at her cake in front of her that had yet to be touch

"All I know is that I'm glad I met you." he smiled at Iris as he grabbed her hand on the table.
