You opened your eyes to see yourself in a strange staircase. There was no floor or a roof, just stairs. You then noticed a door almost right above you. You walked up towards the door and opened it. You then saw your most recent important memory. The incident of stomping the flower. You watched the memory play like a video. When the video ended, you heard a bell noise? Almost like a door bell. . . You turned to the sound and saw another door up another circle of stairs. When you reached that door, a older memory then appeared. It was when you saw the Brooklyn pipe. . . When it ended, another door bell.

You walked up to the next door to see a even later memory. and it continued on until your oldest memory. That horrifying beast that made you run into the woods in the first place. When it ended, instead of a normal door bell ring, it was distorted. While walking up the stairs, the stairs became more and more darker; that is until pitch black. When you reached the door, you opened it and saw a video in black and white. The video would skip parts of it to the point that it was not understandable. You wanted to understand what was going on in the video but nothing you tried would work. You tried opening and closing the door, going through the door. Nothing.

Y/n. . .

"Hello? Who's there?"

Y/n. . . Wake up. . .

"What?"

Wake up Y/n. . .

"Wh-"

WAKE. UP.

You wake up in a cold sweat. It looked to be the middle of the night and you were confused. what was that? Why now? It seemed to end the same way over and over again. You would wake up in that same staircase and always be scared out of your mind to wake up. Soon enough you stopped sleeping. Raven being worried for you, made sure you at least ate and drank something a day; but even those two things you would cut out of your daily life.

*knock* *knock*

"Hello? Y/n? Are you there?"

You walked over to your door and opened it to find Luigi standing there with worry in his eyes.

"Yes?"

You responded while Luigi only kept his worry look.

"Y/n. . . You haven't left your room in the past week. . . have you been eating? I even checked the cottage and you weren't eating there either. . ."

You looked at him, but you couldn't really show much emotion because of lack of sleep.

"You even have bags under your eyes. . . Y/n I'm worried about you. . . tell me what's wrong. . ."

You moved away from your door and lifted your arm; telling him he can enter your room.

"So what's going on?"

You looked at Luigi one last time until you started to open up what was going on.

"Well a week ago, I started having. . . Nightmares? Dreams? I don't really know. . ."

Luigi raised a brow. He wanted you to continue.

"And. . . It has something to do with my memories. . . but every time I try to get to my oldest one. . . its distorted. . ."
