"Oh uh. . . Yes! Give me a minute!"

You replied as you looked at Raven in fear.

"What do I do!? I don't have the book on me!"

Raven looked at you and used the same magic like how they made portal only the color was purple like the cover of the book. The same book appeared only the color was slightly faded compared to the real one. Raven then pulled out the mirror from your bag and made a message appear on it.

"This is a copy of the book. It may look a little faded but I doubt they will know the difference. Just don't bring up anything to do with the real book or your magic."

You nodded at Raven as you put the mirror back in your bag and walked up to the door.

"Hello?"

You asked as you saw Luigi in front of your door with the same position he had before the tour.

"Hi! I uh- wanted to ask about what you remember and how you got your new pet."

He stated as you only looked in silence. What were you supposed to tell him? 'Oh yes of course! I came from a magical forest that is invisible right now called the misted forest and when I came here I went on a small adventure and met my new pet Raven and I have magic!' No. You can only lie so much, lying is wrong but you can't really do much else right now.

"Oh. . Yeah sure! Come in!"

You answered as you instantly regretted it as he proceeded to walk past you and into your room. You closed your door as Luigi sat on your bed next to Raven.

"Ok so uh. . . What did you want to know?"

You questioned as he pulled out a small note book like this was an interrogation or something.

"Well for one, Toad said you told him that you don't remember how you got here right?"

You only nodded as he wrote down something in the notepad he had.

"Ok then, do you remember anything to do with your past?"

You stood there for a moment. What was your past like? You only remember as far as the age of two. That's it. . .

You shook your head no.

He looked at you with a little worry.

"How far of your past do you remember? Like family, friends, anything?"

You sat there for another minute. Did you have any friends? Family? Anything? If you did, you surely don't remember it.

You shook your head no.

"Did anything in your past scare you into forgetting it all? Like trauma if you know what that means. . .

You froze. Did he mean the dragon type creature that followed you into the forest and lead you to a cabin? That's as far as your memories go was during that incident.

You nodded.

"Really? Can you explain?"

He asked as you sat there thinking if you should tell him. You weren't really thinking straight so you told him most of the story.

"I-. . . I remember that I was chased by something and found a home for myself back when I was two. . ."

He stared at you like he was completely lost.

"A home? There aren't any in the plains from what me or Mario have seen? Could I see it?"

You shook your head no aggressively. You've said too much and you know it.

"That's not possible. . . I've already told you too much about that. Is that all your questions?"

You stated as Luigi looked apologetic as he nodded.

"I have a few more. . . If your up to answer them. . .?"

You only nodded as he flipped to a different page in his notebook.

"Ok so. . . How old are you now. . .?"

You looked into his eyes. They were pure and peaceful yet mysterious and questionable.

"twenty-five."

You answered as his eyes widened at your answer. He looked like he wanted to jump off the bed and shake you for answers.

"How did- are you telling me you've been living in the plains for twenty-three years with no help? No parents? Family? Anything at all?"

You sat there for a minute in confusion. Is it not normal to be able to take care of yourself?

"Well. . . Yeah- I've been living off of berries and stream water! I learned how to cook for myself when I was five and I figured out how to read when I was two. . . Is that not normal. . .?"

Luigi looked dumbfounded. He looked like he had no more thoughts in his mind other than what you've told him.

"Uhm. . . Are you ok Luigi?"

You asked as he shook himself out of his frozen state.

"Sorry yes! Uhm. . . last question. . . Where did the cat from? Like really? Finding these things on a balcony sounds nearly impossible. . ."

You had shivers down your spine. You didn't know what to say.

"Uhm. . . I-"

Before you could finish your lie, Raven took it upon themselves and walked up to the glass door putting their paw on it.

"What are they doing?"

Luigi asked as you only shrugged at him.

Print appeared onto the window like how it normally does to the window.

"Hello Luigi. My name is Raven. To be honest with you Luigi, I did appear on the balcony with a piece of paper in my mouth. I made her follow me to a secret place that only me and her know about at this point in time. I cannot tell you about the area but if (Y/n) wishes that you know the area then so be it. My only job is to protect her. The only reason why I am telling you this much is because I know you won't tell others because you have secrets like research you don't want others to know other than your brother but not even your brother believes it like you do. I promise you this Luigi, we are very trustworthy and you can tell us anything, we have harsher secrets we have to keep away from you. But we won't tell a soul as long as you don't tell about the area whenever (Y/n) decides to show you where it is."

Luigi looked like he was short circuiting. He had no clue what in the world was happening right now or how Raven knew about his research.
