CHAPTER 19

THE BATTLE

STAR

We were in the middle of the field; the last evacuation started late last night and we were getting the last together who couldn't fight loaded up. They would go into hiding or try to find another planet. Eventually this fucking thing would come along and do it all over again. Making them go on the run again, hoping they would survive it once more. That's not a life to stay on the run all the time, but at least they still held on to hope to hold on to.

" Alright witches, goblins, and vampires get ready to finish that dome, they're coming! They are just over the hill! We need to hurry! " One of my Generals shouts out loudly.

The witches held their wands or hands up, while some of the goblins used their hands along with a few vampires, reaching high into the sky as they started putting the finishing touches on the dome for safety. 

The ground started shaking underneath us softly; then the noise of an army marching straight our way. That the enemies were close at hand. Ready to start a blood bath. Waiting for the kill.

" Alright, everyone their here! They're here! Get into your positions! " My Generals shouting in unison as my scouts were repeating after them.

Letting us know that the battle was finally here. 

" They are getting closer! They are almost here!" The scouts shout again.

The dome was finished, enclosing everyone in for safety. The ground shakes with more intensity as the enemy gets closer to us, with a black cloud hovering over them, like a dangerous storm was coming in on top of all of us. You could hear the enemy with their battle cries as they shouted and screamed long and hard.

BANG! 

BANG!

" They are trying to break the dome! " Someone else shouts as they point in the enemies direction.

BANG! BANG!

Looking out into the field; indeed, they were trying. They were trying their best as they were hitting the dome with a battering ram trying to break through. Trying everything in their power to bust in opened to get to us.

" They're going to need a damn nuclear warhead missile to get through that thing. " Torcha spats out with attitude.

BANG!

BANG!

BANG!

CRACK!

CRACK! 

" THEY ARE BREAKING THE DOME! THEY'RE BREAKING IT! " A scout shouted at the top of his lungs, pointing at the dome once more.

I walked out in front of everyone, getting on the back of my Wailkas so that everyone can see me. Looking at everyone that was willing to fight for all the right reasons. There were werewolves, vampires, witches, all the wood fairies, (they were pissed off to begin with and wanted blood.) goblins out the ass, storm trooper guys, even hunters and rogues that wanted a chance at life, were fighting for what they believed in. Every creature and other super-naturals joined us for this very battle. 

I never realize how many different species were on this planet until now. It made me proud to fight alongside each and every one of them. Standing straight up; I put my sword high in the sky for others to see. They all settle down so that I may speak. Looking at all of them, I see worry, bravery, the fire in their eyes I need, to make them win this thing.

" You all make me so proud, all of you. It makes me proud to fight alongside one of the greatest armies that I have seen in my days in battle. I see the fire, in all of you! You are fighting for what you believe in for; for your freedom, for your loved ones, the choice to live! " The crowd roars as I feel pride swelling in me at the sight of my army.
