Prompts: Look, I know we don't know each other that well, but I'm worried about you.

You don't deserve to be alone.

You new teammates in the ELMS were Juan Pablo Montoya and his son, Sebastian Montoya. You had done barely any team bonding apart from swap over practice so you knew no one in your team that well. In the drivers room as well, Juan and Sebastian would mostly speak in Spanish , which you knew a little of but not enough to understand what they were talking about, casting you out even further.

The second race of the season was approaching fast and your team was having first social event of the season. You were sat with Juan and Sebastian, but a little away from them as they were speaking in Spanish again. Being honest, you had a crush on Sebastian. Although you didn't speak often, you couldn't help but fall in love with him.

"He estado pensando en Y/n..." Sebastian said to his Dad. (I've been thinking about Y/n) "¿Normalmente se guarda tanto para sí misma?" (Does she normally keep to herself this much?)

"No lo sé. Tal vez deberías hablar con ella." His Dad replied. (I don't know. Maybe you should speak to her.)

"¡Noooo, papá! ¡Será realmente incómodo!" Sebastian whined. (Nooo, Dad! It will be really awkward!)

"Vamos. Sé que te encanta hablar con ella!" (Come on, I know you love talking to her really!)

"Bien." Sebastian stood up and looked at you. "Hey Y/n, can I have a quick word?"

Your heartbeat increased at the thought of you being alone with Sebastian, but it slowing down quickly when you realised that he probably didn't like you back. You nodded and followed him to a quiet meeting room.

"I don't mean any offence, but are you usually this quiet? And I need you to be perfectly honest." He said, closing the door. You hesitated before continuing.

"Uh... I mean yes I'm quiet."

"Look, I know we don't know each other that well, but I'm worried about you." Sebastian sighed, placing both hands on your shoulders, sending butterflies to your stomach. "Please, answer honestly!"

"Ok fine. I'm quiet but not normally this quiet. My parents haven't really supported my career so their out, all my friends are over in (Your Home Country) and my Spanish skills are limited." You explained.

"You don't deserve to be alone. I'm so sorry that me and Dad speak Spanish all the time as well." He pulled you into a hug. You melted in his touch as you let go of your worries of being alone. "You won't be alone anymore. The exact opposite."

You both pulled away and your eyes met his. And then Sebastian broke. He crashed his lips onto yours as you both melted and your arms moved round his neck loosely. It was like you were waiting for this your whole life. His hands moved up and found your cheeks as he cupped them and pulled you closer, deepening the kiss. You were the first to pull away.

"You have no idea how much that means to me..." tears welled up in your eyes. Sebastian smiled and gently pulled your head to his chest. You snuggled you head in and his hand combed through your hair.

"So what's your favourite food?" He asked. You laughed through the crying.
"Y/F/F. How bout you?" You eventfully answered.
"Pizza I guess." He answered laughing. You laughed before speaking again.
"So high school basic, honestly!" You sarcastically muttered.
"I love you you know?" Sebastian said, flipping back to more serious subjects.
"GOSH you're gunna make me cry again!" You answered looking up at his taller figure. He pressed another quick kiss to you lips.
"So we want to call official?" Sebas asked warily.
"Of course. Y gracias. Te quiero."

A/n- So, my Dad came up to me yesterday and asked me, "do you want to go watch some endurance racing at some point?" So of course I said yes, and I checked the ELMS calendar (becuase they have my fav drivers) AND THERES A RACE AT SPA IN 2024 DURING THE SUMMER HOLIDAY!!!! So we MIGHT be going (and may even be able to get into the paddock through some internal links!🤫). This will of course be a GREAT writing opportunity and I hope to catch the details! Prepare for July guys! And Goodwood FoS is happening so more writing will happen then! July gunna be frikin crazy on this book and maybe the next one!
