A Secret

The bell rang signaling it was lunch. I quickly closed my notebook and headed for the door. I was starving. The hallways were an absolute mess. It was full. Students were pushing and pulling to get to the front, like a stampede.

I turned around and tried to walk back inside my class but I was pushed into the stampede there were more people behind me and I couldn't get back in.

I was getting pushed forward really fast. I raked through the group finally getting to a nearby wall. I pressed my back against the wall catching my breath. They were crazy!!

Suddenly I was yanked into an empty classroom. I faced my kidnapper and it was Dani. She giggled as she pulled me to the front of the empty classroom sitting me on a desk then instantly coming in between my legs.

"Hi," I said smirking as I wrapped my hands around her tiny waist pulling her closer. She only giggled in response. "Hi," she finally said.

She leaned in for a kiss it wasn't long but it wasn't short. We pull away from the kiss and she rests her forehead on mine. Dani sighs "I miss you so much," she says closing her eyes. "Babe I just saw you in class." I chuckle.  She moved her face off of mine "But that's different" she pouts. Her pout was so cute and she never even realizes she does it. "I can't be with you like this. With your hands on my waist and mine resting on your shoulders. Like a real couple, you know." She continues. "Why can't I just come out yet." She throws her hands up in frustration.

I quickly grab her hands out of the air and place them on my shoulders keeping my hands on top of hers. "You should never rush something this big Dani. It's ok if you're not ready to come out." I say looking into her eyes.

Tears start to form in her chocolate eyes "I just feel like I'm letting you down not being able to go public with you." Tears start to roll down her cheeks. I quickly move my hands up to wipe away the tears, pulling her into a small kiss.

I look at her face as we pull away. Her eyes were puffy and her cute nose was pink. She sniffed as she locked eyes with me. "I guarantee you are not letting me down."I grab her hands entangling our fingers together. "I'd rather be with you like this, than not be with you at all" I give her a reassuring smile as I wipe more of her tears with my thumb. "Really?" She smiles. I nod my head in reply.

She giggled smiling so much her eyes squeezed shut. "Ok." Dani smiles. I lean in to kiss her nose she cutely scrunched it up. I move my lips to hers, and she tightly wraps her arms around my neck deepening the kiss.

We kissed for about 5 more minutes. Suddenly Dani stopped. " Maybe we should leave." Her lips are still close to mine "Why" I whisper, my eyes still closed trying to savor this small moment I have with her. "People are going to ask where we are." she whispers back. "I don't care" I bite my lip and slowly open my eyes.

"Don't do that" she breaths out. "Do what?" I quietly ask "Bite your lip. If you do that...I might never leave this classroom." she whispers kissing the corner of my mouth. "Maybe I don't want you to leave." I kiss under her jaw. "Y/N, I want lunch." Dani laughs "Why can't I be your lunch" I smirk

I see Dani's face heat up. "Y/N!! You can't say stuff like that without giving me a warning!!" She covered her blushing face. I just sit there and laugh. "This isn't funny!" she hides her face in the crook of my neck. "You're so cute" I say as I continue to laugh.

"I'm going to lunch." she starts to walk off "Wait!" I say.

I hop off of the desk as Dani entangles our hands together she leads me to the door, stopping right at it. She quickly turns to face me.

She stands on her tiptoes placing a kiss on my cheek."Bye." She simply said. She turns around to leave but I pull her into a hug. I squeeze her tight "Bye" I say as she steps out of the hug.

She walks out of the classroom door looking back at me with a smile before closing the door.

God, I was in love with her.
