Sick Day Out

(Time skip two weeks)

I was lying in bed burning up with a fever. It was to hot for clothes so I was in shorty shorts and a sports bra. I had gotten sick but today I just felt horrible and my throat hurts. Dad had a doctor come to the house earlier and long story short I have to have my tonsils took out. I can't cover up or my fever won't break. I ended up drifting off to sleep.

Third person POV

The host were worried about Danny not showing up or calling. Kyoya was worried about the profit they're losing but deep down he is also worried about her. They called off the host club for the day to go to her house. After the drive they get there and Kaoru knocks on the door. A maid opened the door.

"Yes?"

"We're here to see," he was cut off by squealing. Kimmy ran up hugging Karou's and Hikaru's legs.

"Hi Hikaru! Hi Kaoru!" She squealed. She then latched on hugging Kyoya and Mori's legs. Tamaki bent down to her level.

"Where's your sister Kimmy?"

"In her room." She says before letting them come in.

"Why's she in her room?" Honey asked.

"She's sick." She skips up the stairs with the host all following her. When they get to the door Kimmy opens it. The host see Danny sleeping on her bed in her shorts and sports bra. They walk in and Kimmy goes over crawling on the bed. She sits on her knees before poking Danny's cheek. Danny groans in her sleep.

"Yes, Kimmy? What do you need this time?" She kept her eyes closed. Kimmy's done woke her up five times since she got home.

"Your friends are here." She giggled. Danny open one eye looking at them. She opened her other and sat up.

"Hey guys." She weakly smiles. Honey and the twins jumped on the bed in front of her. "Please don't do that again." She says. The impact of there landing churned her stomach some.

"Ok, Danny." The twins says together. Tamaki walked over and sat on the bed.

"Why didn't you call and tell us you're sick?" He asked.

"A doctor came by earlier at the beginning of school. He gave me some medicine to help with my cold but it makes you sleepy. I fell asleep before I could send the text." She got her phone and showed him the message she fell asleep writing on.

"What all did he say?"

"I have a stomachache, a headache, fever, and my throat hurts. Also my dad made an appointment to have my tonsils took out tomorrow."

"Are you contagious?" The twins asked.

"Yea but you guys should be safe. I don't think you guys would be stupid enough to get yourself sick." She yawns. The twins smirk at each other before taking Danny by surprise. Hikaru kissed her and then Kaoru kissed her. Her eyes stayed wide on both kisses. They then high five each other. She touches her lips still in shock. "Mommy, the shady twins just used me." Danny says looking at Kyoya. Honey starts chuckling at them but he was also pissed a little that they kissed her. Kimmy ran off a little while ago but just walked back in the room dressed as a doctor. She climbed on the bed again.

"Doctor Kimmy is here to help." She smiles. Danny groans.

"Someone kill me." She says before lying her head on Honey's shoulder yawning. She was drifting back off again. The guys saw that she was trying to stay awake but she failed and ended up asleep on Honey. He looks at her sleeping face. Her mouth is slightly opened allowing her to breath. The sounds of light snoring can be heard from her. In her sleep she starts shivering a little. Honey was going to cover her up but Kyoya stopped him.

"What?" Honey asked him.

"She has a fever, covering her up will make it worse." He drops the blanket back to the bed. Kimmy ended up putting band aids on the twins while Danny slept. She was only asleep for about thirty minutes when she woke up.

"What's with the twins?" Danny asked with a yawn. Everyone looked at her.

"Kimmy was playing doctor." Tamaki tells her.

"Yea, I warned about her pulling you guys into games. Just wait until she wants to play dress up." Danny reaches over to her bedside table and gets a glass of water. She drinks it down and rubs her throat.

"Throat hurting?" Hikaru asks. She nods her head. Kimmy ran in the room with more band aids and gauge.

"Sissy's awake." She cheers. Kimmy climbs on the bed and brings her supplies with her. She gets one band aid and puts it on Mori's cheek.

"She's got another patient now." Danny says. Kimmy continued putting more band aids on Mori until she moved onto Tamaki. After Tamaki she got Kyoya and Haruhi. When Kimmy got done she went onto Honey. He just sat there letting Kimmy put band aids on his face and arms. She wrapped some of the gauges on his head.

"Your turn sissy." She smiles. Kimmy moved in front of Danny and wrapped her hand up.

"Did I hurt my hand or something?"

"Yep." She smiled. She then covered Danny's face in band aids and wrapped some gauges around her head too. "I'm going to play with Miya now." Kimmy got off the bed and ran out the door.

"Someone help me get all these band aids off." Danny says. She starts unwrapping her hand while Honey takes the band aids off her face. When they all had the band aids off they just sat around talking. The guys ended up staying the night at Danny's but fell asleep around her room. Honey ended up holding Danny to him in his sleep.

(Next day at the hospital)

The guys were waiting in the waiting room while Danny was having her tonsils took out. They sat around for awhile and then a doctor came out to get them. They went to Danny's room but she was sleeping still. The twins ended up waking up sick this morning. Honey sat on the edge of the bed. They sat around for a few but they all ended up having to do something else. Everyone but Honey left the room. He stayed by her side waiting for her to wake up. Soon Danny woke up seeing Honey sitting on her bed.

"Hey Honey." He looked down at her smiling.

"Hey Danielle." He says back.

"Where's everybody?"

"Kyo-chan had to check on business, Tama-chan is annoying Haru-chan, Takashi went to get us ice cream, and the twins are somewhere." She smiles up at him. She was feeling better but she's still a little sick. Honey lounged out on the bed beside her while they talked.

"I want that ice cream." She says. Honey chuckles at her.

"How you feeling?"

"Tired." While they were talking the others returned but Mori. They stayed outside the door watching the two of them. The twins were smirking at them. They all moved from the door so Honey didn't see them.

"It's obvious they like each other but do they even realize it?" The twins asked.

"Nope. They don't see it." Kyoya told them. They go to enter the room but both Honey and Danny were sleeping. He had her held to him in his sleep like he was protecting her. Tamaki called Mori and canceled their ice cream order. The guys started coming up with a plan on how to get them together.
