The morning brought bright ass sunlight into my room. After having way too many drinks the night before, I was well aware it was morning. My eyes hurt as I slowly opened them to glance around my room.

Ji-Won was sound asleep next to me, holding my hand. He looked so adorable sleeping, breathing softly. As I continued to look at him, bits and pieces of last night began to flood my memory.

Shit! We kissed. My stomach did a flip.

Instantly I felt a rush of anxiety rush over me - things will change between us. I didn't want to overthink anything. I had to stay in control.

Ji-Won moved a bit, readjusting in his sleep. He slowly opened his eyes and looked me, looking back at him. He smiled while his eyes sparkled as he looked at me.

"Morning," he whispered.

"Morning," I replied smiling at him. I was trying to act normal and not think about the kiss we had and how much I liked it.

We stared at each other; the air felt charged with the attraction between us, yet we were still friends. We sat up and faced each other on the bed which was unmade. The sheets were twisted up, and there's a dent in the pillows where our heads had been.

"Do you want breakfast?" he asked moving closer and taking my hand and caressing it.

"I don't know if I can hold anything down to be honest, my stomach doesn't feel the greatest," I said holding my stomach.

"You did drink a lot last night,"

"Too much," I said laying down on my side. Ji-Won tilted his head to look at me and smiled. He leaned over and softly caressed my face.

"Lay there, I'll get you something," he said, smiling. I touched his hand softly, holding his hand to my face. I closed my eyes savoring his touch. "I'll come and get you when everything is ready,"

"You don't have to...,"

"I know I don't. I want to," he declared. He leaned towards me and kissed my forehead gently before he exited to the kitchen.

I had fallen back asleep until I heard the doorbell ring. I jolted up quickly as I heard the door close. My stomach and head instantly hurt with the instant movement; I slowly crawled off the bed and traveled to the kitchen.

As I turned the corner, I saw Ji-Won unpack a few containers from a delivery. I squinted as I walked carefully into the kitchen to avoid any rapid steps.

"Oh," he turned as he placed the empty delivery bag on the counter. "You're up, did the doorbell wake you?"

"Yeah, it was rather loud," I said standing in front of him with my eyes closed. The lights never looked so bright since I've moved in.

"Oh, I'm sorry," he said coming over and planting a kiss on my forehead. He lingered for a moment and I kept my eyes closed. It felt nice as he wrapped his arms around me giving me a nice, comforting hug. "Go to the couch and I'll bring everything out to you."

"Ok," I agreed.

I returned to my bedroom to put on my jogging outfit I had on last night and grabbed a blanket off my corner chair. As I got comfy on the couch, Ji-Won came into the living room with a tray holding a selection of dishes to eat.

"I also ordered hangover soup for you," he said putting a bowlful directly in front of me on the table.

"You're so sweet," I said looking at the bowl. He was doing all the right things I always wanted. And making it so hard for me at the same time.
