With Ji-Won giving me a full detail of the bet between him and Chin-Hwa, I realized Ji-Won agreed to the bet to get Chin-Hwa away from me. It allowed him to step his game up and confess his feelings towards me. I truly believe Ji-Won because he has always been honest and open with me. Even when I was jumping from guy to guy, he never judged me. He cared for me since day one and I didn't even look at him in that way, yet he waited for me to do so.
When we arrived back at the office, Mindi and the rest of the team were finishing up a project they were currently working on. We walked through the door hand in hand and the team was excited for the outcome.
"I knew it would happen!" Mindi said as she came over to us. "Does this mean you are staying?" she asked.
I looked at her and the team. They all looked happy and we all worked well together. I didn't want to mess that up.
"Yes, I'm staying," Cheers roared within the office as the team expressed their excitement.
"So does this mean, you two are...," she said looking at us while raising her eyebrows.
"Dating," We both said in unison. I looked at him and he looked at me; the both of us blushed and looked away.
"Awesome," she said. "I love, Love!"
Love. That's a big word with a lot of meaning. I care for Ji-Won just as he does me. I have a feeling that word will come into play, in due time.
Until then, I'm just taking one day at a time.
