Jay and Cole walked together down the street after going to the arcade. It was fun, they never had this since Jay became depressed.

Ever since Jay and Cole became friends they always hung out and supported each other in every step of the way.

"So, what is your plan from now on?"

Throughout the year, Cole saw Jay inside his room, doing basically nothing but eating, but now, he is more active.

"Since Nya is dead, I think I'll just spend time with my friends and save the city."

While Nya was alive, he would try to spend time with her every time they got a chance. They would hang out, spend some time doing missions together, train and among other things.

"Bet you got a lot of free time now." Cole thought before asking Jay, trying not to trigger him.

"Yeah, lucky you. You never needed to worry about that,  unlike the rest of us."

Cole did not respond, he can be irritating sometimes.

As Cole and Jay walked down they stumbled across two girls, both of them seemed their age. One had black hair while the other had brown hair.

Jay immediately recognised one as the one he met at the shop.

"Chloe?"

"Hi, Jay."

This felt weird for both of them, meeting each other again.

Both Matilda and Cole stood there, was that the person their friend was talking about?

"Chloe, this is my friend Cole."

Matilda brightened his face as she saw Cole, she did not tell anyone that she had a feeling for Cole.

"We were going to the archery place, do you want to come with us?"

"Sure." Jay smiled, knowing that there was nothing else to do other than to just walk around.

Matilda took her chance to introduce herself to Cole.

"Hi, it's nice to meet you. black ninja."

"The name's Cole. Master of Earth. He is the lightning ninja." Unbeknownst to Cole, both girls know their power. Both of the ninjas had a tendency to not remember the people they saved exactly.

"Cole, Chloe was the person I was talking about." Jay forgot to tell his friends that she was the person he met in the shop.

"I see. Well, nice to meet you."

And they went to the archery place. Camilo was not there, he was busy doing some racing.

Jay and Cole sat on the visitor bench as they saw Chloe and Matilda doing archery.

Jay was surprised that he had never seen this skill from a human. He usually saw Zane do this with great precision. He tried it with Zane but soon gave up, saying that the weapon wasn't his style.

Every shot Chloe makes never misses, as if she had done this since birth, or is secretly a nindroid.

As for Matilda, she was struggling, but she did not care, it was all about fun. She would often think of herself as a character from a book or a film and just play at that character.

For Chloe, she loved archery. Her mother was a great archer and wanted to be a master archer like her. When she did this for the first time she failed but over time she improved, and improved even further. This was when her mother was shocked as if she was gifted.

That is when she sent her to this place.

"Wait, what's her name?" Cole spoke to his friends as they watched them practice.

"Who, Chloe?"

"No, the other one."

"I don't know. Why?"

"Nothing..." Cole trailed off and looked at the room which Jay looked suspiciously at Cole.

Cole was glad, for some reason, that she wasn't a fan. He was tired of fans just trying to get to him rather than be respectful. They seemed pleasant.

In an hour, the archery was over. Both Cole and Jay met the girls outside the centre.

"Nice archery skills, I've never seen that one before."

"Thank you. I spent my whole life doing it. My mother says I am gifted."

"Nice." Jay looked around and noticed it was getting dark. "Should we go for Shushi? I know a great place we can go." Jay rubbed his neck nervously as the feeling grew.

"I'll leave it to you. I have somewhere place to be." Cole left, interrupting Chloe in the process.

"Same." Matilda stuttered as she ran in Cole's direction.

"She likes him."

"Hm, I hope she gets lucky." Jay laughed. "So, yes or no?"

"Yeah, sure."

Jay and Chloe walked together towards Chen's noodle place. HJay felt that he wanted this and so did Chloe.

Meanwhile on the other side of the road. Matilda caught up to Cole.

"Hey, I haven't introduced myself. I'm Seliel. Well, it's my middle name and I hate my first name so..."

"Nice. So, what do you need?"

"Nothing, I just wanted to talk."

"Are you a fan by chance?"

"No, I just got here." Cole sighed, although Cole seemed hard on the outside, he had a soft heart. Unlike the rest of the team, he does not know how to open his feelings or express his emotions, it has been hard, ever since his childhood.

"So, what do you do?" Seliel continued.

"Saving the city I guess?" Cole was new to the emotions inside of him, he hated it.

"Come on, it got to be more than just that."

"I don't know playing games? Look, I really got to go. I have something to do." Cole nervously chuckled as he left. Leaving confused Seliel, then Matilda, behind.

Soon after, Chloe and Jay were having dinner. It seemed like the first date he had with Nya, but he told himself it was not, just some lunch with a girl.

"I loved the food here."

Chloe ate as Jay looked at him, something was familiar about her but he shrugged it off.

"So, what is your hobby?" Chloe nervously asked Jay, she just wanted to know him better before going in any deeper.

"Gaming, sports. and any other things that I cannot remember." Jay answered

Chloe soon noticed a worried expression on Jay's face. She felt something was wrong or going on in his mind. Like as if she had known him for years.

"If I say, I was born in a junkyard for example, would you hate me?" Jay never had friends because of it, He just wanted to make sure that it was a real friend he was making, not a fake one.

"Of course not. I like people for who they are not for what they are." Jay smiled at her response, maybe he can get a friend besides his team after all.

"Thanks. I always get bullied for it and never got a real friend because of it."

"Well, you got me. And your friends."

Jay and Chloe silently ate food as time went on. They both feel conformable, always liking each other's presence.
