Nikki walked into the hotel room and handed me the bag. "Thank you." I said.
"Do you want me to stay?" she asked.
"No. That's okay. I should do this alone and go from there."
"Okay. Well call me if you need anything else." she said. She walked out of the room and left me standing there alone.
I pulled out the test from the bag and walked into the bathroom.

JOE'S P.O.V.
I walked into the hotel room around six and the whole place was lit up with candles. Katie was at the table sitting down with a really good-smelling and looking meal. She looked so beautiful.
"What's all this?" I asked.
"It's a special night." she said.
"Special night huh?" I got a good idea of what she was talking about. I was kind of turned on too.
"Yeah." she smiled.

KATIE'S P.O.V.
"Yeah." I smiled.
Joe walked over and sat down across from me. "So what's going on?" he asked.
"Nothing. I just wanted to cook for you. Let's eat and then we can talk." I said.
We ate in silence and I was getting anxious to tell him the news. I think I was a little over happy because he knew something was up.
When we were done eating, I walked over and sat down on his lap. "What's going on pretty girl?" he asked again.
"I have something to tell you." I said.
"Okay."
"I didn't feel good today so I called Nikki and asked her if she could get me something. She did and she brought it here. It was a test. I took the test and it said something." I paused. He had the biggest smile on his face. I knew that by now, he knew what I was getting at.
"What did the test say?" he asked.
"I'm pregnant. We're pregnant. We're gonna have a baby." I said.
His smile got wider. "Baby girl that's so exciting." he said.
"I love you so much Joe. I don't what I would do without you. You're amazing in every way and I just know that this baby, our baby, is gonna be just like you."
He leaned in and kissed me and then we hugged really tight. This was the most amazing feeling. I was finally gonna be a mom to an amazing child who is also part of the most wonderful man in the entire world.

I was walking through the arena trying to find Stephanie's office. I had to tell her that I couldn't compete until after the baby was born. I knew she would understand since she had kids of her own at home.
When I found her office, I knocked on the door and then walked in after she said come in.
"Hi Katie. What can I do for you?" she asked.
"I need to be out of action." I said.
"Why? Is everything okay?"
"Yeah. I'm pregnant."
She ran over and hugged me. "Congratulations. That is so awesome. You're gonna be an amazing mom." she said. "Don't worry about it. I'll take care of it."
"Thank you Stephanie."
"I do have one question. How would you like to valet Joe tonight? As like a last appearance kind of thing?"
"Sure. I'd love to. Do I get to address the WWE Universe as well?"
"Yeah. That would be a great idea."
After saying thank you again, I walked out of the office to find Joe. He was in catering talking to Jon. Jon still didn't know. Joe and I decided to wait to tell anyone but Stephanie for right now until after we told Stephanie. I walked up to Joe and tapped his shoulder. "Hey pretty girl." he said smiling up at me.
"Can I talk to you for a second?" I asked.
"Of course." he said. He got up and we walked to an empty hallway. "What's up?" he asked.
"I'm valeting you tonight. Stephanie wants me to and she wants me to address the WWE Universe." I said.
"Okay." he said. "Why does it sound like you're wanting my permission?"
"It's not that. I just wanted to let you know in case you had any objections. I know you Joe. Any possible dangerous situation I go in, you object. I'm not complaining. I love that you love me so much. I just thought you'd like to know." I said.
"Well it is possibly dangerous but I'll be out there so nothing's gonna happen to you. I promise." he said.
"Okay. You didn't tell Jon yet did you?"
"No. I think we should wait and see his reaction after my match." he said.
"Okay." I said. I reached up and kissed him slowly and passionately. He deepened the kiss by pulling me close. I pulled away and looked at him. "You know, you're really sexy when you're in character and all. It makes me wanna do things to you."
"Is this the hormones talking?"
"No. This is me talking. I love your uniform and everything and you're hair down and dripping wet like it is. It's just so sexy." I said trailing my finger down his chest.
"Babe, not now. You're gonna give me a problem I can't take care of." he said pulling my arm away from him.
I smiled and took his hand walking with him back to catering.

In the middle of Joe's match I was standing at ringside. He was going up against Kane and Joe was dominating. I cheered for him like crazy.
The lights went out and then came back on. Bray Wyatt and his two Wyatt brothers. I hadn't announced that I was pregnant so they had no idea. Joe looked this way and got out of the ring but Kane pushed him from behind sending Bray right into me. I fell down and just laid there holding my stomach.
I heard the bell ring and then Jon was by my side. "Jon, is she alright?" I heard Joe.
"I don't know." he yelled back. "Katie, can you hear me? Answer me. Can you hear me? Hey, can we get a doctor over here?"
Joe was on my other side and grabbed my hand. "You're gonna be okay baby. I promise you. You'll be okay."
"My baby." I said. Everything went black after that.
