Chapter 25 : New Beginnings

Brandon woke up. I turned over with his hoodie on. I eventually woke up and I went downstairs. I went downstairs to see Brandon dancing and cooking breakfast. I stared at him and smiled. To see him in  A good mood makes me happy.
I know he is not 100% okay but, He takes it day by day. Brandon knows me pretty well. He's making my favorite breakfast that I have every morning which is Waffles with Strawberries and Whip Cream on top. Oh Yeah, I can't forget the Apple Juice on the side. It's A must to have Apple Juice with my favorite breakfast. I love that Brandon remembers the small details. Remembering small details is very important! I was in the living room just chilling and Brandon says " Mariahhhhhh, Breakfast is ready Beautiful."  I look over, smiled, and said "Okay, Brandon." I go into the kitchen and sit at the table. Brandon put my plate with my favorite breakfast in front of me. I said " Thank You Sweets". Brandon smiled and said " You're Welcome Gorgeous." Brandon put my Apple Juice next to me. I said " Thank You Handsome". We both laughed. He held his hand out. I put my hand in his hand and we began to pray before we started to eat our breakfast. We just ate. We didn't talk. We actually enjoyed our food. Brandon and I finished eating. Brandon says " Mariah, Don't worry about that. I'll get the dishes and clean them". I said " I'll help you with the dishes." Brandon has been so nice since that situation. He's glowing like A happy glow. Brandon and I started talking. I love when we just start conversations it feels Great. Our Conversation starts like this :

CONVERSATION STARTS :

Me : How are you feeling today?

Brandon : Im better than how I was feeling yesterday.

Me : That's Good Brandon. I'm proud of you.

Brandon : I have A lot of healing to go though..

Me : Yes. This is the first step. Take it day by day. You have to appreciate all of the good and appreciate the growth because I definitely see your growth.

(Brandon starts crying) Brandon : Thank You Mariah. You're an amazing person inside and out. Don't you ever forget it.

( I looked at him and smiled) Me : Thank You, I won't ever forget it.

Brandon: I haven't looked into your beautiful brown eyes in so long. You're really beautiful.

Me : Thank You Handsome. Your eyes are Sweet and calming.

Brandon : So you know about my "homeboy"?

Me : I don't know about your "homeboy" but you did tell me what he did.

Brandon : Okay. My "homeboy" name is Marcus. We were best friends since we were little kids. He was my homie for real.

Me : I can tell. Y'all pratically was real close.

Brandon : Yeah, until he did that bs. I'm over it though. He showed his true colors and so did my ex.

Me : So, how are you going to move on from this?

Brandon : I'm gonna move on by not mentioning and thinking about them again. I wish them the best.

Me : That's on Growth. I'm so proud of you.

Brandon : Thank You Mariah.

Me : You're Welcome Brandon.

* CONVERSATION ENDED*

* WE HUGGED EACH OTHER AND HE KISSED MY FOREHEAD*

After we hugged, I was very shocked that he kissed my forehead. We haven't got that close to each other since we supposed part ways. It didn't feel awkward when he kissed my forehead. Lately, we have been laughing and he have been giving me Red Roses again and it feels good to recieve love from the Man that you are slowly falling back in love with. Yes. Yes. Yes, I am slowly falling back in love with Brandon. Brandon has told me that he is slowly falling back in love with me. Our relationship is even more healthy than before. I love it here ! Yes, Brandon and I are back together. We are taking it slow with each other.
