Najma was astound to why she had no atom of fear in her despite the situation they were in. She was sure that If she was with any other person. She'd have been so worked up by now. Since their Kidnap, Najma handle traumatizing situations in a calmer way when Nabil is with her. She feels he's her safe haven. No harm could come to her when he is with her.

"Najma! Are you deaf? I said, do you have network on your phone?" He barked. Najma felt like falling to her feet and yell , Why would he call her name? She had always liked her name, but she didn't want Nabil to ever call her name. Najma was procrastinating whether to answer him or not.

She was now scared to talk, remembering his words. How he said she was not his spec. Right there, She had a problem with her voice and her appearance. Sh wondered how he was looking at her. "Give it here!" Nabil snatched her phone unexpectedly, leaving Najma with her mouth agape.

"Mstchewwww! No network too here." He hissed and opened her hand to return back the phone. "Don't you dare touch me, you filthy Casanova!" Najma barked. Not only Nabil, even Najma was shocked by her reaction. It left her wondering whether there was a spiritual being controlling her. This outburst was meant to happen, after all the hurtful things Nabil said.

"Me? A filthy Casanova?" He asked in shock, using his index finger to point at himself. This was the second time he was hearing such hurtful words from her. "Yes, you! If you lay even a finger on me again, you'd regret it!" She declared. Nabil was stifling a laughter that was threatening to escape. What new drama was Najma playing? She always looked funny when she was angry or ranting.

"Are you threatening me?" He asked. "Take it as whatever you wish to. If this thing doesn't open in the next 5 minutes, you'd see what I'm capable of doing!" She threatened. Pointing a finger at him. Now there was no way he could control that outburst of laughter anymore. She is making the whole situation seem like it was his fault. No matter how she wanted to deny it, she was happy to see him laugh like this. Since they met, this was the 3rd time she had seen him laughed like this.

"Ohh it's even funny? I'm the clown now. Nabil Mukhtar Maidawa just quit all these games and open up this elevator! I know you did it deliberately, why are you doing this to me? Haven't you caused enough damage to me? I beg of you to stop all these games." Najma folded her hands together and knelt down before Nabil.

Nabil felt extremely bad now, his words had caused more damage than he thought it did. It had clearly crushed Najma so much. This is not the strong, feisty Najma he knew. "Just avoid me please, I don't want to be seeing you around me. Just avoid me till I leave Kano for you!" She declared. "You're leaving Kano? Why?" He asked. "That's none of your business! Why do you care? I don't need your fake pretense! If you cared for me even a bit, you'd have never said those heart wrenching words. I have never felt that insulted in my whole life Nabil. You used your feet and stepped on my ego like it was some piece of dirt to you. You will never have the chance to insult me the way you did again, because I will leave Kano for you Nabil." She barked.

The elevator door opened at that moment, She stood up and carried Basma's package and left, leaving him astound. Is this Najma for real? Or was someone possessing her body? He needed no one to tell him about the pain in her.

"Najma where have you been? I was so worried about you." Basma asked after Najma came to the table. "We need to leave right now." She declared, trying to catch her breath. "Why? No way! Don't tell me you saw him?" Basma asked opening her eyes wide. She was sure Nabil was the only one who could get Najma to look this discombobulated.

"Have a seat first." Basma stood up and pulled a chair for Najma. "What happened?" Basma asked with kin interest. "Basma I got stuck in the elevator together with him." Najma narrated all that happened to Basma. "I know we are still pretty much mad at him, but I must say that was such a novel worthy moment!" Basma giggled. "Basma!" Najma threw a mean look at her.
