" Tom leave please, you are just making this worse " Evie said as she looked at me .
" I'm sorry Evie , I'll leave " I said as I looked at her tears starting to form in my eyes .
" How are you gonna get home? " Bill whispered to me .
" I'll get a taxi " I slightly smiled at him .
I opened the door and looked at evie one last time before leaving.
I called the taxi and waited getting more inpatient by the second.
I felt a gust of wind behind and footsteps.
" Here's money for the taxi" I heard her lovely soft voice say .
I turned around to look at her and took the money off her .
" Thanks I guess " I said .
" Your welcome" she slightly smiled before shutting the door right in my face.
I heard the taxi approach her house and started to walk towards it .
4 days later
I woke up my head throbbing , still dizzy for last night
Fuck .
I haven't stopped drinking for the past 4 days since I came back from Evie's house and that incident . I even thought of cutting myself about it but I talked to bill and he helped me .
I got up and opened my phone hoping to see a message from or about evie.
My perfect ev , I miss her so much so badly that I hug my pillow imagining it's her.
I messed up very badly , honestly I don't blame her .
" Tom are you awake? " Bill knocked on my door.
" Yes come in . " I groaned.
He came in his pjs and dreads tied back in a pony tail .
" I got a message about evie from Debbie" he says .
" Okay " I say hoping he'll say if he wants to read it out for me .
" Want me to re- " I cut him off with an immediate ' yes '
" Right so , please do not freak out but, she's in hospital right now . " He says sadly.
" What why ? " I yelled confused.
" She uhm starved herself and she uhm " he didn't finish his sentence as he was crying.
" What happened bill ! " I yelled wanting to know the rest .
" She cut herself both thighs ,both wrists and stomach, she lost so much blood she almost died " he sobbed
" What .. " I was lost for words.
" For how long did she Starve herself" I said with a lump in my throat.
" Debbie said she had collapsed about 4 times but when they tried to feed her she would decline and lock herself in her room or bathroom" bill cried .
" What hospital is she in ? " I looked at him tears rolling down my cheek .
" Browlow " bill said .
" Debbie had sent me a video of her wrist ,thighs and stomach, how bad she had starved herself. " Bill said wiping his tears .
" Give me I want to see " I said putting my hand out .
