Even though the dance instructor could have simply relished in the fact that that her house would be quiet and completely kid free, Stevie was more than thrilled to see their new apartment and help them settle in because she wasn't particularly busy and she knew she didn't want to be stuck in the house all day when she could be of help, especially when it came to keeping her granddaughter occupied.

That Sunday morning, Trevor and Annelle had gotten an early start to pack their car, taking the things of theirs from Stevie's garage in order to take it to the new place. Since Trevor had a truck, the garage was cleared out in one solid take, but they still had to retrieve the remainder of their things from the room they had been staying in at the house as well as from Annelle's sister's house.

By mid morning, Stevie was up and dressed quite casual, wearing some black yoga pants, a black long-sleeved thermal top with a black North Face vest overtop and some tennis shoes.

"Gwamma, can I drive in your car?" Ireland asked, watching her grandmother gather her things together.

"Yes, sweetheart. I think your daddy's truck is all full anyway. So, we'll go to your new house together..." she assured, helping the girl slip into her jacket.

She nodded.

"Are you excited?"

"Mhmm. My mommy and daddy are gonna share a room with me now," she smiled.

The blonde chuckled to herself only because she knew when the time came, she'd want her space back.

She would then pack some lunch for the kids, snacks for Ireland and ton of waters because with all of the back and forth, unloading and unpacking that they were going to be tired and hungry.

Once everything as far as food was ready to go, she made sure that Ireland had everything she needed and they'd be on their way.

Ireland had yet to see her new place, so as Stevie drove into the guest parking area of the complex, the girl scanned every part of the lot from the structure to the stairs and gates.

Once the two of them made it up the stairs of the place, Stevie opened the door with ease and she guided the girl in.

"Hello, hello!" she greeted.

Annelle spun around when she heard her voice and she grinned at her toddler and mother in-law.

"Hey! What do you think?" she opened her arms to her.

Ireland went running straight to her mother and she hugged her, taking in the apartment.

Her silence wasn't that she didn't like it or not, she was just taking it all in and examining everything.

"What's all this?" Annelle asked, taking the small ice chest from her mother in-law.

"I brought water and made some sandwiches for you guys."

"You really are a lifesaver," Annelle grinned, instantly cracking open one of the many bottles of water. "Thank you. I'm gonna put all this in the fridge."

"Of course..." she smiled, looking around. "This is so cute!"

"Yeah, let me show you and Ireland around," Annelle beamed.

"You act like it's so huge," Trevor smirked as he settled a box near the mantle.

"You don't have to suck the fun out of it," his wife arched his brow.

He smirked, wrapping an arm around his mother, "So, what do you think?"

"It's so great," she assured, taking in the size of the living room, how it connected to a small dining area and straight into the kitchen. "It's so cozy for just the three of you."
