Golden Trio Era (CoS)

Y/N Y/LN

I could hear the sound of soft rustling in this room. Confused, I slowly peeled open my eyes, I blinked a few times adjusting to the darkness. Wait? Darkness? My eyes widened as I began to recall what happened before I passed out. I had all the ingredients prepared for the ritual, I resurrected the spell, after his body was fully formed he told me... "That I'm Lord Voldemort" his voice rang out into the room, raising goosebumps on my body. I looked over to the other side of the room to find him leaning against the doorframe, his eyes locked onto my form.

My eyes widened even more, and he chuckled as he stepped into the room. "Oh dear, naive Y/n. You may be powerful, but you are rather foolish. Trusting me immediately like that" he patronised, grabbing my chin to force me to look at him now that he was stood right before me. "Can you untie me? I literally pulled your soul out from the horcrux for you, which you were struggling with alone, at least have some courtesy" I snapped at him.

"Your tone is appalling, but I'll let that slide. I will untie you, but only for the duel. Also, you may eat before hand. I may be 'evil' to some, but in truth, I am fair. There's no point dueling with you when you have little energy because I'd win easily. With the way you were boasting about yourself in my diary, I expect you to prove to be a challenge for me. I'd rather not like to find out I've been wasting precious time on an idiot" he said, his voice cold.

He untied me, and I instantly reached down for my wand, but realised it was not there. When I looked up, I noticed Tom playing with it in his hands. "You will get your wand back when we start the duel. For now, my house elf will show you to the dining room and then will lead you outside in the gardens for our duel" Tom informed me. "Great" I muttered. The second he walked out, his house elf appeared, guiding me to the most precious thing to any human being, food.

After (I must admit) a rather delectable meal, cooked by the house elves, I felt full. Thankfully, I didn't eat more than 2 servings, otherwise I'd be bloated right now and would definitely lose to Riddle. I'm actually shocked that he wants to duel me, I'm incredibly powerful. Oh my gosh, what if I get distracted, because fucking hell, he's gorgeous! I can't let that happen, because merlin knows he may try to kill me if I lose. If I know one thing, it's I ain't ready to die. Fortunately for him, he's immortal.

Damn, if only there was a less destructive way to become immortal. Like being turned by a vampire from that muggle tv show, what was it called? The vampire diaries or something? Oh my god, here's a theory. Tom could actually be a vampire. He's super pale, always brooding and irritable, incredibly handsome, with sharp features and alluring eyes. Yup he's definitely a vampire. You can't tell me otherwise. "Miss Y/n, Master is waiting for you in the garden, I will show you the way" Tom's house elf squeaked, suddenly appearing, scaring me out of my thoughts.

"Merlin, you scared me!" I exclaimed, placing my hand over my chest for a minute. I then stood and followed the elf, as it led me through the winding corridors of the manor, and out the back, to a field-like garden. Bloody show off with all his wealth. Could be a fucking sugar daddy at this point. Wait, what the fuck am I thinking. Damn this man is getting to me, I need to clear my head immediately.

I pushed all thoughts out of my head, and ensured that my occlumency walls were up and impenetrable. I strutted across the field, and stood across from Tom. "Finally. I thought you'd chickened out" Tom mocked. "I never back down from a challenge, sweetheart" I snapped back, using my own mocking tone. The anger in his eyes was evident, and it took every part of me to not provoke him further, just for fun.

"Hand over my wand then, Riddle" I demanded. He pulled it out, but rather than give it to me, he simply waved it around, taunting me. Annoyed with his antics, I cast a non-verbal expelliarmus and the wand flew into my open hand. "Now that we're done with your childish behaviour, what are the terms?" I asked. "Any type of magic is allowed, but this will not be a duel to the death. If I win, You will join my cause, but not as a follower, as my slave" Tom explained, his face turning up into a smirk as he assessed my reaction to his desired prize.

"If I win, you will publicly declare that I am your superior and you will kneel before me in front of your followers, letting them know that I have defeated you and that I am the most powerful being in the wizarding world. Oh, and, you will treat me as a queen" I replied, making him raise his brows at my request. "Deal!" he confirmed, and I walked over to shake his hand. I moved back to my spot, a few metres away, and waited for me to make the first move.

Tom has been really aggressive throughout the duel so far, whereas, I've kept my calm. I've used defensive magic more than offensive, and Tom has attempted to break through my mental shields 5 times already. Tom suddenly caught me off guard, knocking me over with the wandless spell he cast. My wand flew out of my hand as I fell, groaning at the impact. I lay on the ground for a minute, the wind knocked out of me. Tom threw his wand to the side, it landing beside mine.

My eyes widened in slight shock, as he began stalking over to me. I slowly stood up, trying to catch my breath he threw another wandless curse at me, I couldn't block it in time, but I managed to turn my hand as it made contact, with the left side of my face. I hissed at the burning sensation that travelled across my skin, feeling like fire. "Give up? I must admit, I'm not impressed with your skills. If I can even call it that" he chuckled, mocking me. I grit my teeth, not replying with an insult. He smirked at my expression "I'm not surprised you turned out to be a liar. As if you could do all those different types of magic. No one could ever be better than me. Especially not you. So, I ask again, do you give up?" he asked, now only a half metre away from him.

I raised my left hand, and waved it, enjoying the satisfying cracks as his body crumbled to the ground. The weight of his body was now too much to bear as his kneecaps were dislocated. Now I smirked down at him. "You bitch!" he practically screamed, as he struggled on the grass. I simply grinned, before raising my hands. Time to use my favourite type of magic, I think. I held my hands up and concentrated, my eyes fluttering shut. I heard Tom scream louder, as I summoned a significant amount of blood from his body.

I felt his blood vessels pop as I continued summoning the blood, ripping it out of his body. The thick liquid, flew towards me, and I waved my hands, manipulating it. I used it to form a blade, which I drove into his stomach. He groaned, choking on his blood. "Give up Riddle?" I taunted lowering my hands. He was unable to speak, gurgling on the blood that had entered his mouth, yet I used legilimency to enter his mind. He was begging me to stop. Cute.

I grinned at him as I exited his mind. I waved my hands once again, and the wound in his stomach closed up. I then got him to spit out the blood from his mouth, and helped him rinse it out with water from the flask, I had in my pocket. As his airways cleared, he sucked in as much oxygen as he could, breathing hevaily. I pulled two blood replenishing potions from my pocket and made him drink.

Once he had downed both, I levitated him into the air, carrying him back inside. With directions from the house elf, I took Tom to his bedroom. The elf I sent to the garden to collect our wands. Tom glared at me, as I laid him on his king-sized bed. I simply grinned, before moving down to his knees. I grabbed his left kneecap first, pushing it back into place, he groaned, gripping the sheets at the pain. I simply smirked, before moving round to the other and pushing that into place too.

"There, all done Tommy" I smiled at him. He growled at me, making me let out a chuckle. "You should be glad I didn't leave this part of your soul to die, and that I healed you. The pain will last for a while, you should feel completely better tomorrow. I expect you to uphold your end of the deal. If not...well you now know what I'm capable of" I told him brightly, before moving away from him. "I'll see you tomorrow Tommy" I grinned at him, walking out and closing the door softly behind me.
