"Just a regular day" Seo thought to himself. He was terrified that class might be anything like his dream that morning. His mind raced to everything that happened that morning.

"I'll break a chair over your head!" He recalled his mom saying. How stupid. Maybe she was just bluffing? She probably was, he reassured himself and got ready for class.

Class went by so slow. Absolutely nothing happened but a lot of blabbing from his teacher. Honestly, he thought about jumping out the window. He drew until class was over. It felt like he was drawing for years, and not an hour. But when it did end and everyone went to their lockers, Arianna showed up. She was Seo's girlfriend. She was a bit sketchy and hung out with the jocks a lot,  but Seo loved her to much to care and just brushed it off. He assumed she just thought girls were not her type of people.

"Hey, babe! Are you free Saturday? We could go see a movie or just hang out, or-" Seo is really excited but Arianna cut him off.

"Sorry, I already have plans with Aaron. We're going to a football game, he's paying" Seo quickly replied. It hurt Seo, but he wanted nothing but for Arianna to be happy, even if she treated him like garbage.

"...Oh! That's, uhm, that's ok!" He stuttered, struggling to even say anything. He was surprised his own girlfriend chose to hang out with another guy than him. He brushed it off and said his goodbyes, and started looking for Lillian. But the very second he started looking for Lillian, something in his mind clicked. Maybe the reason Arianna is always hanging out with guys is because Seo is always hanging out with some chick.

"Is Arianna... jealous? No, no, she's not jealous, she's.... special." He thought to himself and continued to look for Lillian. After about 20 seconds, he instantly found her. Though the halls were filled with people, her fluffy, blonde hair and her ability to be constantly bouncing made her easy to spot. He ran over to her, trying to get past the halls, full of people. He eventually got there, after what seemed like forever.

"Hey, Seo!" She shouted loudly, waving him over, still bouncing.

"Wait up! You'll lose me again! At this rate, we'll be back at class-"

The bell rang, and Seo sighed as if he just lost something, like a contest. Luckily for them, Lillian and Seo share second period, so they headed over to the class, and repeated the cycle; Try to listen, get bored, fall asleep, draw, leave.

"If only the teachers taught something that didn't make kids pass out" he thought to himself. Not only was this his math class— his least favorite class— there was a substitute. And she wasn't the type of substitute you can control, she's the old one, who retired from that school.
