Chapter 10: Ocean Gem

(Okay so this is the next chapter of the story. I hope that you guys like it.)

David started ti wake up and got a text from his dad saying that when he got home, they needed to talk more about what happened yesterday. He texted okay then stretched for a bit and pet his dog. He decided to make some food. He made a couple pancakes and sausage. He put them on a plate and put the rest in a container. He put dog food in the dog bowl and got syrup for himself. He went to get some water and ate his food. He thought about the woman lapis and how horrible it must have been and what he said to the gems. He finished his food in a couple minutes then went to take a shower. He let the water wash off him after using soap. He got out and dried off then went to the bedroom putting clothes on. He decided to stay inside for a couple of hours when he heard a knock on the door. He walked downstairs seeing Steven and Amythest. He said "Steven what are you two doing here." Steven said "The ocean is gone and the gems and I need your help." David said "okay well I will go then." He went upstairs getting his things. After that, he went to his dog petting him then walked towards Steven and Amythest.

He walked outside then closed the door and locked it. He follows them and went to garnet and pearl who were talking about where lapis might be. They saw David, Amythest and Steven then came up with a plan on how to find Lapis. Greg led them to the ban and the rest of the gems got in the van with David then Steven and Connie went on the lion riding towards Lapis. While they kept riding, Steven said "I can't believe Lapis would do this." "Gems shouldn't fight other gems." Pearl said "we're always fighting gems." Steven was shocked saying "What!" Amythest said "All those monsters used to be just like us!" "Right Pearl?" Amythest asked then Pearl said "yes we have to because they have been broken and corrupted so we just have to subdue them and contain them." "It's the best we can do to bring them back."

While they kept riding, they saw a giant wall of water. Connie said "that is some magical destiny right there." Greg said "I just got a great idea for an album cover." They all got out with Garnet saying "we have to get her to stop." Pearl said "I don't understand." "What does she want with the ocean?" Lapis sensed them then said "You shouldn't be here!" Steven and David started to tell her that they don't have to fight. Lapis said to Steven "you're one of them." Steven said "What do you mean since we're all gems."  "Let us help you." Lapis said "you don't understand." After that, Steven went to the water wall saying that they aren't leaving. Some sound came from the walk and a water Steven punched him towards Garnet. While that was happening, water clones of the gems went to fight the gems. (Skipping the fight since I don't wanna write it.) The water Steven threw water at Steven who got his shield out saying "I don't wanna fight!" The sound made the water gems disappear melted with all the gems being amazed. David and Connie were  amazed but were trying to catch their breath. Steven walked towards the water wall feeling a little nervous and David followed too. Steven said "we're coming in so please don't drown us." They went in holding their breaths then went to Lapis on water. Steven looked at Lapis saying "why can't we be friends?" Lapis said "your friends don't care about other gems and they only care about earth. Lapis  looked to the sky then said she wants to go home but her gem is cracked." Steven looked at Lapis then said "I can fix it." "I have healing powers." David and Lapis said "you do?" "I know right? Steven said amd licked his hand then said "this might feel weird."  He put it on Lapis who shivered a little though it healed her gem and she sprouted water wings. She flew a little off the pillar of water then said "thank you." David went to take some pictures of space . She told them goodbye then the water pillar fell apart then they fell down before Lion and Connie caught them going towards the gems. They got off Lion amd water surrounded them and they floated towards Beach City. They got off the van then the citizens ran towards Steven cheering him on. Garnet and Pearl were discussing where Lapis might have gone. David walked to them and asked for training in case something like this happens again.

(So this is the end of the story. I got my character to be apart of the gems adventures and now is starting to train with the gems. I hope you guys like it. Tell me what you guys think and give me some suggestions to get more readers like you to respond and tell me your ideas)
