Chapter 13: Warp Tour

(Okay guys so I decided that I am doing Warp Tour though I might try to do Alone Together on a later date. Here's the next chapter).

David Hall started to walk around Beach City wondering what he could do today. He decided to go to Steven's house to ask if one of the Gens wanted to hang out with them. Once he got there, he knocked on the door and Garnet opened it saying "hello David." "Now's not a good time since Steven is sick." Steven talked to David then said "hey how its going." "Achoo!" He sneezed then David said "bless you." David asked Steven if he needs soup or anything. Garnet said that they know how to make it. Steven said that he saw something on the warp stream. Garnet turned to Steven saying that they could go if it would make him feel better. Steven nodded and he went to the bathroom getting his clothes to wash up. While Steven was washing up, David went to talk to the gems.

David started to ask if it was okay to go since he might help Steven in case something happens.

Pearl said "I don't know." "He could get hurt since we might leave the warp pad." Garnet and Amethyst thought about it with Amethyst saying to let him go since he could handle himself.

Garnet heard and said "It could help with his training." "Though you would have to stick close and help us."

David nodded then said "okay I will."

Steven came out then put his flip-flops on and said "okay I'm ready to go." The Crystal Gems plus Steven and David went on the warp pad. Steven asked if David was coming and David said "yes." The warp pad brought them all to a field with flowers with Garnet saying "nothing unusual."

Steven sneezed with Garnet saying "bless you." The warp pad brought then to a sort of quarry with a large bubble with tape covering part of it. Pearl said that the Geode is holding up nicely. David took a picture of it before they went to the next location. They were brought to a temple pointing a big goat with two little goats. Amethyst said Steven he has gotten busy. Steven said that they need to focus. Pearl said that there is nowhere to look. Steven asked "what if they came from space."  They warped to a place with a lot of warp pads. David was amazed with Pearl saying what the warps were for. Steven sighed and touched the sticker on the warp. The rest of the gems were glad since it took them all day. David was shocked then the gems talked about this was good for Steven. Steven got mad telling them that he shouldn't tell him how to feel. After that, David and Pearl got in an argument on whether or not, he saw something on the stream. David asked if they usually fought. Garnet said "no this is different." The argument ended with Steven telling Pearl that she doesn't know what she is talking about. Garnet got in the middle of it and stopped the argument.

Once they got home, David felt a little tired but hungry. He walked to the kitchen and saw what they had. He decided to make two hamburgers for him and Steven since he probably didn't eat anything. He saw the time and decided to stay there for the night. He saw Greg on the bed so he would take the couch. The rest of the gems went to their rooms. Once they were done cooking, he got two plates and Steven and David ate and talked. Steven asked if David believed him. David said that he does but he doesn't know what the person or thing is. He walked to the bathroom and asked Steven where the towels and rags are. He went to the bathroom and took a shower. After that, he got out and had the same clothes on. He saw Amythest walked out talking to Steven about hanging out when he stops being grumpy. He put his towel and rag on the table.

He laid down on the couch starting to close his eyes but heard something and got up then heard Steven laughing being glad that he was right. He told David that it was the thing that he saw out of the streak and trying to get to the warp pad. Steven tried to grab it but the thing kept escaping. David tried to grab it but it knocked him down with David trying to throw it by the warp. He groaned with David saying sorry. It used some liquid to heal the tear and got ready to warp. David and Steven ran at the robot trying to grab it and it warped them away. They both got in the warp before Steven and David called the gems name. Multiple robots surrounded them and covered their bodies. They tried escaping but, it didn't work and they were outside the stream. David tried to grab onto Steven with them floating around other streams feeling like they were gonna pass out. Two arms came out of a stream and grabbed them with both of them breathing deeply. Steven said that he was sorry and Pearl explained how they found them and wondered what that robot was. Steven explained how they were a bunch of them. David explained how they tried to push them out of the stream. They would find out with them arriving with the warp pads and dropping the robot. The robot fell going towards the others and fixing the giant warp pad. They were shocked trying to figure out who it was. They would find their answer soon with the warp pad warping someone in and Garnet grabbed them all close and hid. Soon a gem who was called Peridot who was creating a log to discuss what she is seeing. She walked down and saw a crying breakfast sticker saying how this place may have been compromised. She put a bomb on the warp pad that shut down all the robonoids.  The gems were panicking not wanting this to happen again. David wanted to ask but decided not to. Garnet created a large fist and smashed it on the huge warp pad then they all went back in the house with David and Steven falling asleep but feeling worried.
