Chapter 16: Horror Club

(Hey I hope that you guys like this story. I just wanted to do something fun after the last chapter.

Steven, David, Lars and Sadie were walking to the Lighthouse for Movie Night. Steven, David, and Sadie were glad that they were doing this but Lars was not happy. He only came because of Sadie. Sadie knocked on the door with Renaldo having a cape with some spooky gloves trying to look like a vampire. "Hey Renaldo." Renaldo said "Hi are you ready to watch the spookiest movies ever." Steven said "Yeah!" After that, Lars laughed at how ridiculous Renaldo looked and how this night is gonna be lame. Sadie told Lars to just enjoy this. David, Sadie, and Lars went in and Steven said "You know Lars?" Renaldo said "Yes we have a past together."

Steven said "Woah that's cool." He started to run in to catch up to them rest of them. Renaldo said "Oh man." He said it then walked in where most of them were on the couch. Renaldo went to go get the movie introducing them to it. Steven was a little scared but said that he could handle it. Renaldo put the movie in and went to sit down on a chair near the couch. They all watched the film until Steven was scared and went behind the couch. Sadie went to ask if Steven can watch it from there. Steven said that he was fine watching it from there. After watching it for a bit, the power went out. Sadie and David groaned getting up and Lars saying that it's probably just a fuse. Renaldo went to get a flash light and saying "It's probably a ghost." He said going in his files that he has and grabbing something and showing it to them and trying to talk to a spirit trying to say if they can hear them give us a sign. It went to hit Lars then went to go towards a basement and something that no one knew until now.

While they all went to the basement, David asked Renaldo if something happened like this before." Renaldo said "Well he's but- ."

Lars interuppted saying "It doesn't matter." "Guys, let's just go."

Sadie said "Yeah we have to get out of here." She said agreeing with Lars.

While they were walking downstairs, Renaldo and David talked for a bit and was surprised that David didn't hear about the podcast. David said that he will find it and listen to it later. They kept walking and Lars and Renaldo talked that turned into arguing about how none of this is real. They failed to notice the lighthouse turning red and Lars falling going somewhere else.

Steven and Sadie were worried trying to figure out what happened and how to get him back. Renaldo said that it's fine and he is probably just okay. They heard Lars say Sadie underneath them. A cover opened up and they ran to it climbing down. They went down to the basement trying to find Lars. Sadie said "Show yourself!" She screamed towards whoever took Lars. The gem infected lighthouse said "Lars" It opened his mouth showing Lars was okay but has some damage to his body. It couldn't close its mouth this time since a pipe was stuck in the middle of it. Steven and Sadie ran towards it to save Lars. Renaldo said "No!" They didn't listen and they grabbed Lars by putting the three in a bubble with Steven lifting it up destroying it in a way.

After that, they were pushed back and Lars got up from the wood and the gem too. The gem glowed showing them all the time that Renaldo and Lars friendship was broken over a photo. After that, all of them were shocked with Steven showing the most empathy bubbling it towards the temple. They were all shocked by this adventure with Steven, Sadie, and David going home. Renaldo embarrassed Lars with a comment showing that their friendship might not be lost after all.

(Well that is Horror Club. I hope that you guys like the story and comment on which story I should do next. I have been thinking of doing Maximum Capacity next then Rose's Scabbard, and Open Book after that.
