The next day, Shida and Akira were ready to face their dark sides, since they saw what it would do to them since Aaron wanted to visit them for a last request before his death. Akira and Shida were fully prepared and ready to go.

Pure: All right, you know the drill, go in and beat it's ass.

Akira: It will need a medkit when I'm done.

Shida: Ditto.

Pure: We will take of the rest once you finish beat it.

Both of them sat down in a meditative state and drank their vial to go into themselves. The rest of the family waited at the side to see how it will go. Inside Akira she was at the eye of the storm with electricity arcing from her and she didn't have her nanite suit on but rather a normal kimono. Her dark side was coming to her.

Dark Akira: Didn't think you would want this fight this early.

Akira: After what we saw the dark side does to you, we want you gone ASAP.

Dark Akira: Good luck with that, you will be off- balanced since you rushed things.

Akira whistled and her light side came to her, it came to Akira and she petted it on its head.

Akira: We had a talk while I was sleeping, we want you gone.

Akira went into awakened mode.

Awakened Akira: Now.

The light side enterned Akira.

Dark Akira: Let's go.

In Shida's body, he was in an old western setting, he was in his awakened form with his light side.

Dark Shida: You sure you want to do this without any practice?

Shida: I got enough skill to beat the likes of you.

Dark Shida:Then let's get started.

All four of them started fighting, Akira drew a samurai sword and was like actual lightning while the dark side was doing the same but Akira was more focused and driven. Shida was using his massive blade and his revolvers to trickshot and style on the dark side, it was doing the same but Shida and Akira's training were paying off, learning misdirection and catching yourself off guard.

Akira was hitting her dark side with so much strikes it was it was being chain lightning in one location while Akira was making so much ricochets so much times the dark side was confused as to not hit first. Both of them kept it up until the Dark Sides were defeated and bleeding out.

Akira's Dark side had electrical marks across her bodyand their kimono was torn up, Shida's Dark side was full of holes and their wings were shot to pieces.

Shida: Guess dad was right, you do underestimate.

Dark Shida: How?

Shida: Ricochet chaining, you never thought about making several richochets off each other. You lost, now leave.

Shida's Dark side started to leave him, over with Akira.

Dark Akira: You shouldn't be able to chain lightning me.

Akira's dark side was leaving and Pure could see it, he threw a crystal orb above them and it went into the crystal orb.

When their dark sides gone, they activated their powers, Akira gained a lightning pattern on her tails while Shida gained rose thorns on his tails. Both of them got up and roared, after that, they went to the rest of the family.
