Adaptation is beautiful

The next day, everything was being sorted out for the boy and what could be done. Meanwhile in the Sanctuary, Eden and Ariadne had completely adapted to living with each other. Eden could now easily could get through her webbing and traverse through it without any problems.

Both of them trust each other completely now and since they completed the harvest, everyone was just taking it easy. Blacksmithing was also quiet so they could spend some more time with each other.

Like always, Eden was still taking care of Ariadne and was crawling around her body like a Spider to make sure everything was ok.

Eden: You're all good Ariadne.

Ariadne: Thank you.

Ariadne laid down and Eden used his special ability. Eden has seeds in his hair he can grow in his hand to make vines to have his own way of webbing per se.

Eden climbed up on the vine and was looking down on Ariadne.

Ariadne: So, what is there to do?

Eden: Nothing much, we got the whole time to ourselves.

Ariadne: Good.

Eden: So, what do you want to do?

Ariadne: Well, I was thinking of our time together.

Eden: And?

Ariadne: I am happy to be with you and you helping me.

Eden: You're welcome

Ariadne: Big girls like us take a lot of dedication and love and you given me that and more.

Eden: The reason you have marked me.

Ariadne: As such, I think it's time for me to do this.

Ariadne started to use her string to make a cocoon. Eden watched her work her skills and fully made the cocoon.

Eden: Wow.

Once the cocoon was done, Ariadne reached out for Eden and he went into her hand and took him into the cocoon.

Ariadne: This will be our haven, it will keep us safe and for you to help take care of me.

Eden: And I will do so for you.

Ariadne gently put Eden down on her chest and he started to crawl around her body and make sure she was healthy. Once things were good, he came back down and rested near ner face on the cocoon.

Eden: So, what do you want to do once we know each other some more.

Ariadne: Well, I always wanted to be married, have kids, be happy with my husband and live the rest of my life as happy as could be.

Eden: I wish for the same thing too, making you accessories and trinkets for you to wear. Like the bee trinket in your hair.

Ariadne: I would like that very much.

Eden: I never thought I would be in a world like this.

Ariadne: Me neither but I like it too.

Eden: I just don't want this to go away.

Ariadne: Then let's make sure it doesn't.

Eden went to Ariadne and kissed her on the lips. Ariadne used a finger and was hugging him with it. Both of them then separated and Eden started to make lunch with the household Spartan. Adapting is something scary but also rewarding.

The soul people have learned to use their powers and started to master them. One such was Levi with her four soul hands, she was spending a lot of time with Marcelene and they were opening up to each other. Levi and Marcelene were sitting down enjoying some lunch with her soul hands holding their drinks.
