Now I am ready to do to the party!

Andrew comes to get me from Jack's and brings me out to the car to take us to the party location.(Just to make this clear, Eve goes to a community college so she still lives at Jack's. Jack goes to the same college and still lives at his house, so they live in the same house but never interact, like they are always on their rooms.) When we got to the party we both go our separate ways to hang out with our friends.

We were all singing, dancing, having a good time, it was the best day of my life. At least that's what I thought.

After a while of singing and dancing I got a little thirsty. "Hey guys, I'm going to go get some water." I said to my friends, they all nodded.

I go over to the drink station and grab some water, I was so thirsty I drank the whole thing. I was standing there looking around when something or I should say someone caught my eye. It was Andy standing next to a girl,  it he wasn't just standing next to her, he had his arm around her. They were talking but then something horrible happened. Andy kissed her. I was heartbroken, tears started running down my face. I ran past my friends running as fast as I could to a room, any room that was empty. I ran into this small empty room on one of the top floors.

I leaned against a wall and collapsed to the floor and started crying into my knees. I missed Jack, I should have listened to him, I-I miss him. I need my best friend by my side. Just then I feel a pair of giant arms wrap around me pulling me in close to them. Something was familiar in the way they held me but I couldn't tell what. I just let everything thing out. "I should have listened to him!" I sorta yelled through tears. "Listened to who?" The male asked. "J-Jack..." I sniffled. "Jack? You know Jack?" He asked. "Y-yea. Do you k-know him?" I asked looking at him. He looked familiar. "He's my friend." The male said. "Austin?" I asked. "Yea? Wait! Evelyn?!" He said confused, shocked, and happy. "Yea." I said sort happy. "You know, Jack misses you." As soon as he told me that a flood of emotions came crashing towards me. I had remembered. "A-Austin." I said starting to cry again. "Yea?" He said. "Promise mr you won't tell anyone, especially Jack?" I asked tears streaming down my face. "Of course." He said. I pulled up my sleeve and put my face down so I didn't have to look. His eyes widened. "I promised them all." I said starting to sob. "It was so hard without him. I didn't want to but it was the only thing I could do." At this point I started to sob. "I'm so worthless, I can't even keep a promise!" I yelled anger, agony, sadness, and regret in my voice. Running up my arms starting at my wrists was cuts that I had made.

"I-I'm so worthless." I cried.

"Your not worthless." He said. I looked up at him. "Someone once told me that I had a reason for living."

"And I know you do to."
