What depression feels like
Feeling numb.
Feeling nothing.
Feeling everything.
I want to be alone but I don't want to be lonely.
I want to sleep but I can't sleep.
I hate people but I want someone to care about me.
I want to be happy but I can't find a reason to be.
I want to end this but I don't want people to end this.
Just let me be alone.
Just let me sleep.
Care about me, even though I hate you.
Give me a reason to stay.
