Learning to trust again
You don't need to learn again if you never failed. Or if you already know. The saddest thing about learning to trust again is that you need to learn to trust again. When you try to do a new start, you need to try to cut off from your past. When you consider the reason behind the lie or betrayal, stop asking yourself why they did that, stop telling yourself that it's your fault, stop telling yourself it doesn't really matters, why and that they did that. They lied to you because they didn't trust you. In a negative way. They would've told you the truth if they cared about you, so it's not your fault, and yes, it does matter, that they lied to you, or that they betrayed you. It does matter. When you've been lied to, you might think, you're never going to trust anyone ever again. But I promise, you will. You are going to find your absolute safe space, a person that is never going to betray you, because they care about you so much and because they love you.
