“Innocent Doe eye”
"Stop following me, I told you!" Jimin exclaimed, glancing to his side and noticing Ji-ho trailing behind him, clutching the puppy as if it were his whole world. Jimin rolled his eyes at the sight and halted, asking, "What?"
"I need to head somewhere, kid. So just tell me what you want from me. Look, I helped you, you thanked me, now you can go your way and let me go mine, alright?" Jimin said, trying to make Ji-ho understand. He just wanted to leave, not babysit this kid and his puppy.
Ji-ho looked down, pouting, sensing that this angelic-looking guy wasn't fond of him. When Jimin noticed the boy's sad face, he sighed and scanned the area, hoping to spot Ji-ho's parents. "I'm sorry," Ji-ho said, turning back to the little boy when he heard the apology.
"Why are you apologizing, kid?" Jimin asked. Ji-ho lifted his eyes and sniffled, "For taking up your time. I'll go by myself, thanks again for your help." With that, he turned and began walking home, but Jimin was taken aback by the way this little kid spoke, 'He sounds like an old man.' He sighed and followed behind, feeling compelled not to let this little boy walk alone. For the first time, his heart melted for someone.
"Hey, little boy, wait!" he called out. Ji-ho stopped and looked up at him with big, doe-like eyes. Ji-ho smiled as Jimin took his hand. They walked toward the building, and slowly, Ji-ho turned to Jimin, a beautiful smile lighting up his face. Jimin really was stunning.
When Jimin noticed the little boy staring at him, he turned around and raised an eyebrow."What?".
"You’re really beautiful, angel!" The little boy blushed at his own words and quickly looked away, hugging his puppy tightly.
Jimin was taken aback... what was this feeling? Why did he feel so happy when this little boy complimented him?
"Well! Everyone says I’m hot and sexy, but thanks, kid!" He tossed his hair back and smirked.
Ji-ho smiled and nodded. "My name is Ji-ho! Jeon Ji-ho. I live with my dad and I—
"Nice name but I know where you live.....We live in the same place, kiddo. I think your dad is busy somewhere; how careless of him, aishhhh," Jimin said, pulling Ji-ho along, but the little boy quickly yanked his hand back.
"I just remember you! You’re the same guy I saw two days ago," Ji-ho exclaimed, his eyes wide. "You have a boyfriend, right?" His question caught Jimin off guard.
"Yeah-h!" Jimin replied, glancing around. Ji-ho grabbed his finger, drawing Jimin’s attention. "Can you be my friend?" he asked innocently, fluttering his eyelashes. For a moment, Jimin looked at him, but then he pulled back and shook his head. "No!" he said firmly, breaking Ji-ho’s heart. The boy pouted, lowering his head, but he didn’t say anything.
"Let’s go, I’ll drop you off!" Jimin said, taking his hand as they headed to their place, unaware that he had just shattered someone’s innocent heart.
